Service was very good.I order a wrap..it was soggy an falling apart in my hands..Had the same at the Langley location.. never like this .Also ordered the poutine as a side..Fries where not as expected. Didn't know the straight fries where starch free..they looked like crap..Was told then when I complained the difference between the straight an crinkle cut which had the starch..reordered, routine came back this time..now my fries where swimming in the gravy with way less cheese..Also sent back the wrap..ordered no sauce at all this time an took it home..yay lunch for tomorrow..Later in the evening decided to have a little..couldn't eat it..burnt bacon..it was gross.Not impressed with the Abbotsford location at all.Food isn't cheap,the prices now adays..Lost faith in your location..

It is getting more and more frustrating to eat out alone. Even sitting at the bar and starting conversations doesn't add to interaction from staff. As always, if someone is eating alone, and trying to talk, they don't want to be left alone or they would have gotten take out.Figure it out servers.

Don’t go here on a Saturday, after 2pm. Me and my family were famished and happily made OJ’s our final destination after a big day of errands and shopping.As soon as we walked in, we were stunned at the amount of tables that had not been cleaned after the “lunch rush”. Every section had a table that was not cleaned, still having finished glasses and dirty napkins.The staff table - located right by the entrance to the kitchen - is the first thing guests see when they walked in. There were water bottles, meals and various other items strewn about in a manner that said it was an interrupted staff break time.The next thing you look over to is the bar area that’s right beside the ‘staff table’. We lost count after 15 dirty cups on top of the bar counter.Then we looked at the tables, and more tables were dirty / un-bussed than clean. There was no way we wanted to sit in any of those sections. And we’re talking 60-70% unclean / not wiped / dishes, glasses left behind.As we stood there slowly getting turned off, it dawned on us that we were yet to be greeted. So we cut bait and left for Boston Pizza the next block over.No don’t get me wrong and think I’m being overly harsh. This has been a noticeable trend happening at this location every time we’ve visited. The wife went there with friends a few weeks back and noticed the same issues. I’m even on their mailing list!Being a long weekend does not excuse you from your basic cleanliness standards, even if you are understaffed. When you see the basic standards erode. That laziness comes from management not enforcing the basics.

I made a reservation online, and was seated right away even though my date and I arrived early. I marked our reservation as a date and the table for two was adorable. Our dinners did not take long to come, and tasted great. We had a few drinks and were not disappointed, even made me my pickle back shot that I couldn’t find on the drink menu. We had a very nice experience, thank you to all the our servers and cooks.
