Paliotti's Italian Restaurant

The service was excellent but my father inlaws ribeye steak was over done to med well after ordering med rare. My gf fettuccine chicken Alfredo with pesto sauce was good. My wifes Cajun pene pasta was a lot spicier than expected so she barely ate any. The fried calamari was a lil dry. I would go again but the wife doesn't want to. Portions were good size and fair prices.

Cajun chicken penne was unbelievable. I made a trip from Chilliwack just to pick up an order of it. Loved it.

Consistently missing the mark
There was one issue or another on every stage of our visit. Despite arriving about 7 minutes after the reservation time, out table wasn't ready and we had to wait in the hallway. The table we received wasn't one of the nicer ones (which I'd expect when booking 2 weeks in advance).
The server wasn't very polite or considerate when taking the order, didn't seem to know the menu well, and had to be reminded to bring my water. The food took a full hour to arrive.
The portions were large, as in they used a lot of spaghetti for my pasta, but there wasn't enough chicken or other ingredients. Chicken was quite dry.
Meat in the second dish was oversalted to the point of being hard to eat. We ended up leaving about 40% of our meals unfinished.
We asked a server for a bill, but 10 minutes later we still didn't receive it. After a reminder we finally got it and were happy to be out of there.

Disappointing experience. The veal was extremely over-salted, and we waited over an hour for our food on a Tuesday evening. Our waitress didn’t seem to know the menu well, checked in very rarely, and never apologized for the long wait. After the meal, we struggled to find her to request the bill and had to ask other staff for help. Overall, the service was poor. For a much better experience, I’d recommend Frankie’s Italian instead.

Bad on so many levels. We had been coming here for years but the overall service has sunk to an all time low. We were a party of 6 out celebrating a 36 year anniversary. From the time we sat down to the time we left our server was disengaged. The water took 20 minutes the bread the same, forgot the chili peppers, gave the wrong spicy dish to the person that requested no spice. Waited over an hour without any word finally when we pressed our server she said that a catering order went in just before ours. No complimentary small appy for the extended wait. Nothing but bad service. At the very least a manager should have come out when we expressed our disappointment.

The service here is insanely slow. We came in for lunch and it took 2 full hours from start to finish to get out of there. Don’t waste your time the food tastes good but I consistently have poor experiences here whether it be rude staff at pick up or forgetting something in the order or, like I said. INSANELY slow service it’s almost comical. At one point we were just waiting and talking and i pointed out to the table we hadn’t even ordered our food yet 35 minutes in. Lunch should never take 2 full hours on a Friday.

We celebrated our son's birthday. It was our first time going to this restaurant. Our server was very polite and friendly. Her service was excellent, and at the end, she brought a cheese cake that we chose and sang happy birthday Michael. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Reasonable price. Loved it.

Wonderful service. Pleasant staff. Big portions for a great price (we had the early bird dinner). Chicken was a little dry but the Alfredo sauce was so spectacular that it made up for it. I will definitely return

Focaccia changed to buns that are not so good

Amazing food. Super slow for pickup orders, arrived at my pickup time and had to wait an additional 20 minutes.

Our group of 3 arrived at 11.30 for lunch. Orders taken promptly from the specials menu. It took 1 hr and 40 mins to get our entrees! Evidently there was a kitchen equipment problem so two of the meals could not be made as ordered but we were only told of this about 15 mins our meals arrived. By that time, we basically gobbled what we could before taking the rest to go as we had other appointments.
