Went for a family dinner to Palliotis, have been many times. But this time, it was the best. I had an amazing server with a great sense of humor. Very good customer service for a table of 12 people. I believe her name was Katlyn. Will definitely be back! Food was also very good.

Everytime they take more than 30 mins to hand out delivery order to each driver and when ever i tried to ask them how much more they need their staff members gave same excuse that they only have two chefts at a timeIts common thing that if u r busy like daily increase your working staff at back So that customers will get better serviceNo one have any extra time to waste on your restaurant Take this seriously please

We had reservations for six people at 5:30. Two of us arrived around 5:20, ordered our drinks and had them by 5:30. The other four people arrived before 5:35. Our server didn’t return to our table until 6, to take their drink order. She brought our drinks and took our food order. Our food arrived at 7:15. For an hour we never saw our server, and even after our food arrived, she only checked on us once more. Four of us enjoyed our food, but the long wait was unacceptable. The complimentary focaccia bread and oil and vinegar was good.

Very much enjoyed dinner out with my mom tonight. The food was fantastic; I left absolutely satisfied! The service was top tier too. Our server, Kole, was awesome. Friendly and very personable. He went above and beyond to make sure our evening was perfect. Looking forward to visiting again.

I visited this restaurant on February 15 to celebrate my brother's birthday. We were a table of 6. When I walked in the door the 2 hostesses, both young females, ignored me for at least 4 minutes even though I was the only one standing there. I had to finally approach them to get them to look up from the reservation book. I get that it was going to be a busy Thursday night, the day after Valentine's Day but it's still important to at least acknowledge every guest as they come in. Once seated, my brother and his gf were already there and had drinks. Nobody touched our table for at least 15 more minutes even though the restaurant was only 40% full. Finally after 25 minutes of being seated I had a beverage. When we finally got our meals we had been sitting there for one hour and 45 minutes. My partner and I thought we would share a pizza but what they put down in front of us was a very dry looking piece of the same bread you get in the basket, with a few overcooked pieces of meat on it. We immediately said thanks but no thanks and sent it back. They offered to make another one but we declined based on how long it took to get the first one. So my partner and I did not eat. The other 4 meals looked at least edible and they seemed to enjoy them, hence the 2 stars. The problem with restaurants like these is the ridiculously large menu, I counted 141 items on the first 4 pages, not including the last page I'm guessing they have around 180 items. No kitchen can produce that kind of selection and keep it fresh or efficient. Cut the items down by 80% and quality & timing would improve dramatically. Lastly, our bread basket was lined with coffee filters, I'm still trying to wrap my head around that one! Sorry Paliottis, I know it's tough in the restaurant business these days but.. there are many things you could easily do to improve. It's also tough for consumers and I choose very carefully where I will spend my entertainment money.
