I ordered the gnocchi bites for delivery and they were completely undercooked and doughy. Very disappointing after waiting 50 mins for my order. Contacting panago support took a lengthy amount of time but was offered a credit on file. Giving 3 starts for service because the wings were good. I'm not sure why it took so long to recieve under cooked food. Disappointing...

I found the lovely owner to be very professional and prompt. Food was excellent. I ordered a Chicken Club small pizza and it was delicious 😋. Excellent service.

The worst management system ever. We had a terrible time for the last 7 months getting delivery to our house , with no explanation. Dispatch says “ you need to go the store and have a convo with the manager “ okay try that, she’s not in. Leave a message for them to call me back, no response, nothing, go back to the store and try to resolve the issue and they had zero resolution to the problem. 25 years of a loyal customer and they completely black listed us without warning , or nofitifacation .

I want to complaining about this location or specific to the Asian lady working on the front desk ..on Friday February 28 arround 5: pm I went there for a pizza , I regularly buy small pizza for my son , but the Asian lady never ask me what I want .. was so rude.. even though she was very busy at least she need to explain if they are busy … 👎 I’m not asking for free my money can help another location better …

Since panago had become very vegan friendly I was happy to support but so upset to heated they’ve discontinued the beyond meat. Was the best meat alternative. Not to mention I’ve had moldy garlic dip the last 3 times I’ve been. Back to papa johns I go
