I hadn’t been to Panago for years bc of the prices but wanted good pizza for my sons birthday dinner last night. It was a huge disappointment. There were barely any toppings, sauce or cheese on it and the chicken wasn’t fresh. The service was good.

So disappointed that this business has decided to change the way they do there pizza 🍕 instead of putting the barbecue sauce on the dough as they've always done , they now drizzle it over the top , which in turn has made there dough taste so dry , the sauce on the dough creates a moisture that the dough needs , its changed the taste as you choke down dry dough 😪 its definitely not as good as it was before . Not a smart move at all . I even asked if I could have it, put on the dough and was told ' no ' , thats so ridiculous , so how does that work with building a pizza with the toppings that you want on it . And that's not all , you can't get jalapinos either anymore ' on the pizza or on the side ' or banana peppers 🤔 As a consumer I would like to be part of your decision of changing menu items , after all Im the one buying it and consuming it ! I've noticed more businesses doing this . The higher up thinks it's a good idea, ultimately for the pocket book , but doesn't ask the consumer what we think , and if it tastes okay , and if we would still buy it . Huge mistake !!!! I've been a dedicated customer for 30 years or more , and also worked for this company. I'll be looking for a new pizza location 😪 not really what I want to do , but what I'm being forced to do . Sadly we will watch another business go down hill . I thought businesses were all about customer satisfaction, but apparently not , only our money is important now . Signed a very saddened customer

Not happy with the changes at all. They literally flipped their menu. Who wants a cold bbq sauce on a pizza or pesto. No more spiciness on a pizza as they do not carry jalapeño or banana peppers anymore 😑

Called to order a pizza at 10:40pm and was told I could not order it for pick up only delivery it was too late. They close at midnight!! Wouldn’t picking up be faster?!! Frustrating!!

Will allow you to pay for your whole meal ahead of time through the app with a coupon, but after already paying you'll have to present the coupon or be charged the difference. (Confirmed this with staff)
The entire point of a code is to not have the physical coupon.
Get with the times. Everything's digital.

Pizza was horrible minor topping served on a cardboard crust
It’s 11:40 AM, and they currently have a lunch deal running. There are nearly 20 pizza orders ahead of us, and the situation is a mess. The girl working there is completely overwhelmed—she’s handling orders, making food, and doesn’t even have time to change gloves between tasks.
To make it worse, the delivery driver has to come in to pick up the orders, while the owner is likely sitting at home monitoring everything on the cameras.
What’s the point of offering a lunch special if orders can’t be fulfilled on time? The owners are completely clueless. They beg for customers when business is slow, but when they actually get them, they can’t handle the demand. All they seem to care about is cutting labor costs.

Sure we received a medium pizza for a large price. Weren't overly impressed with the skimpy toppings. Honestly, think we will go elsewhere given Panago has gone downhill in our opinion.
