To make it worse, the delivery driver has to come in to pick up the orders, while the owner is likely sitting at home monitoring everything on the cameras.
What’s the point of offering a lunch special if orders can’t be fulfilled on time? The owners are completely clueless. They beg for customers when business is slow, but when they actually get them, they can’t handle the demand. All they seem to care about is cutting labor costs.

Sure we received a medium pizza for a large price. Weren't overly impressed with the skimpy toppings. Honestly, think we will go elsewhere given Panago has gone downhill in our opinion.

"Just tried Panago Pizza for the first time, and it was fantastic! The pizza was delicious, the crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh. The delivery was right on time, and the customer service was excellent. I highly recommend trying their Chicken Club pizza; it was a flavor explosion! Can't wait to order from them again!" ??

RUDE staff - My order was wrong - the phone operator thought I said something else. All fine. Then when I discover the mistake, immediately after paying the employee is super rude blaming it on me and giving me attitude about needing a refund for the price difference

I ordered a pizza online for my friends and I and apparently spicy pineapple is a new option. I tried to explain that I hadn't know it was a new option so I didn't think twice to check if it was a different type of pineapple. My partner is allergic to spicy foods and cannot eat the pizza and I dislike spicy foods on pizza. So I wasted money on something neither of us can or will eat. Before I could even finish talking the "help" worker hung up on me and said since I ordered it online it was my fault. Not only was there an issue with the pizza but it took 15 minutes for the delivery driver of trying to find my place before I finally had to go outside my apartment to meet him after calling with him three times and explaining how exactly to get to my door. Overall wasn't a good experience and I can't recommend Panago anymore

Had the large garden pizza the only veggies that were on it was a large amount of onions, small amount of peppers, 5 pieces of mushrooms and black peppers. They had pineapple on it, which I think they put on to cover up the cheap amount of cheese. A BIG 0 FROM ME !
