Had the large garden pizza the only veggies that were on it was a large amount of onions, small amount of peppers, 5 pieces of mushrooms and black peppers. They had pineapple on it, which I think they put on to cover up the cheap amount of cheese. A BIG 0 FROM ME !

We ordered late night delivery from here, we got a large pizza when the pizza arrived it was destroyed the pizza looked like it had been dropped on the ground then was delivered to us, it was disgusting. We called the store immediately and they sent a new pizza and we gave them back the one that they delivered to us and the other driver was in shock. The new pizza ended up giving us servere food poisoning. We called panago in the morning letting them know what happened we were told the manager at the south fraser way location would call us for a refund but it's been over a week. I would never order from here again.

I've been a long time customer of Panago, but I took a break from this business for 2 years because I noticed the quality of their pizza had declined. Nevertheless, I decided to try them out again with the hopes that the quality would have improved. I was wrong. The pizza hardly had any meat on it, and it was flat, dull and lifeless. I've had Delisio frozen pizza that was better. I'll probably give them another chance... but maybe in 5 years. Apparently 2 years wasn't enough time for them to get their act together. Despite the underwhelming pizza, I do have to give them credit for having great honey garlic wings and caesar salads. They were great. In addition, the store itself was clean and the service was bright and cheerful.

Neither of the employees could speak English, was incredibly painful to try and order an extra dip, I stayed polite even through them switching to their own language right in front of me at the register and chuckling and laughing while I was actively trying to pay for my order.

Best Panago location in Abby! (The one on Mt Lehmen and the other in Clayburn Plaza are often behind on orders, as well over the years I've found the pizza underdone at times from those locations.) This location makes it right every time!

There is no issue with the store itself. Panago as a whole just made an awful decision, in my opinion.I have been celiac for over 10 years now, and panago was the first gluten-free crust I LOVED. Good size (medium where most was small), amazing taste, all for a reasonable price! Also, hands down, best white sauce a pizzeria has made ?So, to my surprise, when I ordered one month, my pizza tasted like someone added WAY too much yeast. I'm talking nasty, couldn't even finish my pizza taste. Call the center to make sure they didn't change the crust or accidently give me the wrong one. They said they didn't and that they'd send me a new pizza. I was skeptical since it would be coming from the same store (wondering if it was a bad batch shipment as they don't make the dough in store for gluten-free) and sure enough my pizza tasted the same.Fast forward a month or so, I order again thinking they must have gone through the "bad batch," but unfortunately, my pizza tasted the exact same. Instead of calling the center, I went to the store. They told me that the call center was mistaken and that panago indeed changed their gluten-free crust source! I am so disappointed ?. Panagos website doesn't even mention the change in their "new ingredients section"I hope I'm not the only one who noticed this difference and didn't like it!Bring back the old crust!!

I enjoyed their pizza But switch to pizza pizza it's kind of a no brainer for me... I ordered Panago for over 8 years. But with pizza pizza being a lot cheaper for the same pizza and the LOYALTY program is great! ordered only 3 times and already have 10 dollars for loyalty bucks.. and in my 8 years with Panago I've got 10 dollars from them. So maybe until they start taking notes they have lost a customer from my familys. But I'm not saying their pizza isn't good cause it is. But just not worth it when I save money and get money back at the same time!
