The reason I’m giving 5 stars though, is their delivery driver Alex made my entire night. I was having a bit of a bad night, and was in need of cheering up.
I came to the door expecting my usual quiet drivers etc, but was pleasantly surprised by how friendly and engaging Alex was. We sat and talked for a few minutes, unbeknownst to him that it was something I really needed. I look forward to having him as my driver again, and to my next order from my favorite pizza joint. If you see this Alex, thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️

I am a regular customer at the Immel location. I have been really disappointed the last few times I’ve ordered. The quality has gone way down. Seems like half the amount of cheese, and some pieces have way less toppings, very inconsistent. I spend the extra going here because it’s been my favourite, but I won’t be going back if it doesn’t improve.

I really enjoy Panago but last time I ordered there is barely any cheese on the pizza. I was pretty disappointed because pizza is known to be cheesy. Quality control did not happen this time, we will see about next time. The whole pizza was like this with just one piece of cheese and then nothing but toppings.

Consistently good pizza! Ordered a large amount of pizza for a party, pre-ordered to be delivered online. The driver was pulling into our driveway at the exact time we asked for it to be ready. Pizza was hot and tasty! Crowd favorites are the New York Deli and Chicken Club!

Have picked up a takeout from this location several times and the pizza is always ready on time, served hot and made correctly. The staff is friendly and there is lots of parking. Panago has lots of vegetarian options which is why I continue to order from them.
