The pizza was really good (Tropical Hawaiian) delivery was horrible. I think the drivers name was jeNNa. She was nice but pizza was on the colder side and she was drinking a slurpee (very unprofessional) great pizza, poor delivery..

This location always messes up the order, make sure you check your order before you leave the store. The store itself is dirty with garbage and tim hortons cups on the ground. Customer service was also poor - staff is not friendly. Would never go here again.

Always order pickup and delivery from this location. You can tell they have several veteran team members that ensure the pizza quality is consistent. Delivery drivers are always clean cut and very professional.

We called for pizza, and they came but they forget one. I was expecting to get a "sorry, you can have it for free," or at least a sorry, but he just said, "I will get it." Like, no sorry? I would've rated it a one, but the food is sorta good.

Panago Pizza's are not same as it used to be, pizza crust doesn't taste good,it's like eating thin crust . I miss the taco and chicken fajita pizza. It used to be my favorite Pizza place, not anymore.

Called in and ordered pizza, came at the designated pickup time, paid for our order, tipped well and waited a couple minutes. Then we were told they never put the order in and never actually made the pizza lol. The manager then took our order again over the counter, the order was very specific for our family as there are lots of allergies. We were then told to wait 10 minutes for our order. We come back inside and we had to wait maybe another 5-10 minutes and then we got our pizza. We quickly checked the pizza to make sure the substitutions were made only to find out they were not. When we explained what substitutions we asked for the manager said we did not actually request those substitutions, even though they would've had our original order in their system in the first place. As a compensation they gave us a coupon for a free cookie, which we did not feel was sufficient for the wait time plus inaccurate order. The pizzas were still fine (except for not including the substitutions) though we were disappointed with the organization, management and compensation.
