Ordered food here on Uber eats. I thought I was ordering from “Greek kitchen” but it was actually here so they go by two names on Uber. The calamari is actually terrible, rubbery, greasy, yuck, the tzatziki is also horrible, it’s a weird texture and I’m worried I’ll get sick later. The dolmades weren’t bad but the sauce was a glob on top not warm or anything. And the Greek salad had no olives, and the dressing tasted more like ranch than Greek anything.
I should’ve just ordered Opa!

This was the worst Greek food I have ever had. My sister and I had the chicken souvlaki and the chicken was raw. I picked up on it right away and let the lady know. She did not seem to care one bit, but did make me another chicken skewer. If that raw chicken was in a wrap, a customer may not have noticed until after they had a couple bites. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Overall - poor/lazy customer service, flavorless food, raw chicken 👎

I ordered take out here on February 16, 2025. The young lady at the front counter was super friendly, she greeted us with a genuine smile. I was not sure what to get because it was my first time coming here but she made good suggestions. She made my order fast. The restaurant was clean and looked neat. While waiting for my order I noticed she would constantly wipe down the counters where she makes the food which is a +1 for me knowing that my food is clean. When she was handing me my food she even thanked me. Kinda rare hearing it from fast food employees nowadays. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves because she just made my day.

Food was subpar and the employee either didn't understand or didn't have a clue. Their website boasts gluten free options and the employee was no where near confident on spices or the fries. Fries were definitely coated which is almost always an indication of gluten. I specifically asked for no salad because I can’t have onion or green peppers and half my plate was salad which I had to remove myself because she didn't understand me when I told her I was not supposed to have salad please. Paid $21 for a skewer of rubber chicken, salad I scraped off and fries that I couldn't eat or at least didn't chance making myself sick. The final kicker for this post was watching her touch her hair and face and then make another customer their pita. Gross. Do better Papa Greek.

Worse customer experiance ever! All tables were dirty full of rice and food. After cleaning my own table and waiting for 20mins finaly had my chicken wrap and after a few bites realized that there was a hair in it. Asked to make a new wrap... it took her 30 mins to make me another one.

Food is not good. Ordered lamb, chicken, rice, calamari, pita. chicken was ok but only comes with 1 skewer. rice was flavourless. Calamari was soggy and chewy. Pita was not gr8. Lamb was cooked to a good texture but had no flavour and was not a good cut of meat. The Tzatziki sauce was like water texture. I love Greek food and For the price the portions here are not even big for what you get elsewhere. If you’re looking for food at Highstreet get mucho burrito instead. If your set on Greek food go somewhere els.
Had the lamb and spanakopita and both dishes were made quickly and tasted great! Lots of dressing for salad and everything was cooked perfectly and staff were friendly.

I ordered ribs and lasagna. The ribs were more than overcooked, they were burnt. Almost no meat, just bones. Horrible flavor and poor quality. The lasagna was not at the right temperature, it was cold. I paid almost $55 for horrible food and only got a refund of $9.41? That's disrespectful to the consumer.
