Sending emails to solicit tips for your drivers now? Low end of mediocre pizza, when you order a pizza on a "special" there is way less toppings than if you order it full price. Then $4 delivery charge.
My order was $25. I gave a $6 tip, so 10 bucks for overall delivery on a $25 order and you send emails soliciting for tips. Never again. There is better pizza out there. You were reasonably priced and convenient, that's out the window.

I am sorry, I like the pizza, the fact they do not deliver ALL of Abbotsford just stuns me. I mean I get if you live way out in the boonies but I only live near Old Yale and Maclure! Just over 4km away? I mean what gives, every other restaurant can deliver here, but not papa John's? Thought may it was a bug in the app, so I called and they still refused to deliver here. Such a shame, cause I was there once every week, now haven't been back since. Sorry!
We were most impressed with the service/quality at Papa Johns Abbotsford. We required pizza, wings and drinks for our large (37 people) union gathering to be delivered 15 minutes after they opened! They thought of everything and even packed plates, cups and napkins. The owner called me later to check that all went well. Thanks to Karen and your crew!
