If I could rate zero I would. came in to grab my pickup order early and was greeted with a cold cheesy disc, when I came back I was told its not their issue that the pizza was cold, I politely tried to say otherwise and ultimately never received the much needed refund, I used to pick up a pie one or even twice a week, will never be back again!

Have an allergy to cheese. Had ordered a bowl so as to not inconvenience the rest of my party. Didn't add cheese during the options and NO WHERE does it state it comes automatically with cheese! Went to try to talk to the store and they refused to help. I was told that after making an online order, I need to call the store to have the cheese removed. Which also is not posted anywhere on the site. So be aware! If you think you are following the proper directions, it doesn't matter. Oh! And also, they wouldn't take our order by phone.... we had to go online to order... figure that one out

I made a call to place an order . I myself work for customer service company but , when i made a call to place an order the person on the call was very rude he told me he is the manager.. i asked him about veggie toppings because they dont carry corns so i wanna make sure what they carry… he told me to disconnect call and go online .. whereas his job was to help me out on call . Im regular customer from last 3 years . Im done with this store not gonna comeback. I was going to order for birthday but cancelled it due to his behaviour. I would love to give zero stars if possible.

FREQUENT issues with their website - latest problem is when you choose a time to set the pick up of the pizza - it lists that time but then wont let you place the order - the pickup time was well before they closed - over an hour before - this should not block you from placing the order - this needs to be fixed ASAP as this is not the first time the online pickup times have issues

I recently placed an order with Papa John's and was looking forward to enjoying my meal. The ordering process was smooth, and the food arrived on time. However, my experience with the delivery driver was less than pleasant.
When the delivery driver arrived, he was initially cordial. However, after I paid him the payment without a tip (unfortunately, I didn't have enough money at the time), his demeanor changed drastically. He became visibly unfriendly and seemed annoyed!
which made the entire interaction uncomfortable especially when I asked where my other things where with my order.
I understand that tipping is a common practice and is often appreciated by delivery drivers, but sometimes circumstances prevent us from doing so. It was disappointing to see such a negative reaction, especially since I’ve always had good experiences with Papa John's in the past.
I hope Papa John's can address this issue and ensure their delivery drivers maintain professionalism, regardless of whether they receive a tip.

Worst pizza I’ve ever had (including frozen), EXTREMELY skimpy on ingredients and almost no cheese!??! It was actually shocking how bad it was, I couldn’t get through one piece. So gross. WILL NEVER BE BACK!!!! ?

Usually great service when ordered online, made an order in store and asked for a create your own which online is mandatory parmesan crusted. When I got home their was no parmeaan and the teller made it seem like it was my fault for not asking for it when your own website says create your own comes with parmesan as standard.

I had a bite nd felt nothing. Like no salt no spice it was just simple baked dough with veggies on it. Even their pizza sauce did not taste like anything. I have never eating anything like so tasteless in my life. Two stars coz pizza was fresh nd looked good.

Best pizza in town! No doubt! And the customer service and appreciation was felt from Ajay. Made fresh and hot and the place was cleaner than im used to seeing restos. Ill be stopping there again next weekend for sure! New weekend food trip spot for the family.

Straight up ripped my son off on an order test they new 100 ? they were taking advantage of him. Where not willing not fix the problem Straight up rip off place. I recommend not trusting this place

Very rude staff , ordered cheese pizza to be picked up for 5:00 , while waiting a guy comes up and says all order will not be ready for another 35 minutes, I asked I ordered an hour ago , he still says 35 minutes, without any explanation

Ordered pizza from here today and asked for extra cheese and is basically cheeseless asked for few dips and only got one called to complain got put on hold for 7 minutes then i hung up pizza is not great recommend you go
