There was one guy working at the time. He was taking orders and cooking the food I believe.
We both ordered lemon grass chicken on rice. What was given to us was definitely not what we ordered. It was chicken, but not lemon grass chicken. Very unfortunate.

The staff is nice and the location is convenient, but I tried them twice, and the food just isn't good. Both dishes I tried were over salted and lacked any other taste/seasoning.

I wait around 20min nobody was here it was empty i ordered a simple plate just rice with chicken. The rice taste bad they added some sauce at the top which wasn’t good, amount of chicken poor, I had to ended up adding some Ketchup to my rice to eat some more coz it was my lunch time and I didn’t have much time to eat later. I couldn’t finish.
Also in the beginning they didn’t offer me water or tea after 10min I had to asked them.
Haven’t try Pho here but definitely I’ll not come back. Sorry but I spend over $20 bucks for a non great meal.
I love Viet restaurants since is healthier than others. And at least I want to eat well. 😖

Specifically asked for all the sauces as it was to go! Twice said hoisen and fish sauce!!! Did not get the hoisen so I'm not looking forward to eating it without the sauce. Guess I should have double checked in the bag instead of just asking for the third time 😔 So I spent 40.00 on a craving I won't get Most unflavored Vietnamese food I've ever had

This is such a great diner. Its my favorite place to go for breakfast. The couple that runs it are so kind and give great service and the foods always perfectly made. Ive never had better food.

We call Phoenix diner, for lunch everyday but no one answer, when they do, they say it's once upon a thai, is phoenix diner not jn business anymore? We try to call for lunch from Monday to Friday this week , everyday no one is answering the phone, other than that, it has always been great food.

Just finished a great meal at once upon a Thai. They were getting swamped by take out orders and very fast paced but we're able to pull it together and come out with great tasting food and service!

Was there the other day pulled into the restaurant at 9:20 PM? The website says they close at 10 PM. The sign on the door says close at 10 PM and the sign also says open table for four and they said they’re closing I said, but you close at 10 PM, they said yes but it’s already 9:20 PM so they’re closing soon. I said that’s fine. Will make the order right away and will eat quickly. They refuse and said we are closing now so I told them changed their website and changed the sign on the door saying that you guys close at 9:30 then don’t say you close at 10 o’clock Terrible Pl. terrible staff very rude. Will never return.
