I called them around 8:50 and ask them if they are still accepting orders. Girl over the phone said she can’t take order on phone but I can come and place an order in person because they are close in 10 minutes. I lived nearby and reached there at 8:56 and that time she said they are closed and she can’t take orders . I told her that I just talk to you over the phone and you said you r accepting orders and then she just said sorry can’t take order. Even door was open but they are not taking orders

I order from pita pit all the time but today I was super disappointed. I paid $6 for 2 chopped up chicken bites (order normally comes with six) My salad (if you can even call it that ) was half the size it normally is and missing lettuce!

Been here quite a few times before, but no more.Main issue, my daughter's pita had a large piece of a bread clip in it.Secondary issue, even though I mentioned I wanted to take advantage of the 500 bonus point offer on the smoked meat sandwich, they didn't ask to scan my code and right after paying I asked about scanning. They told me there was no way to get points now and there was nothing that could be done. I suspect it was more an issue of not wanting to bother with it.
Love the buffalo chicken pita! The only shop, that has tzadziki, hummas, feta, pineapple and alph alpha sprouts as their veggie ad ins at no exyra cost. The staff are courteous and efficient and the product is consistent.
Always fresh and delicious meals and staff is very polite and caring. Harman jashan mehak . Always welcome with a warm smile.

We should have walked away when we saw the state of the vegetables in the display case. My wife and I are now feeling stomach aches and have sworn off ever eating at this Pita Pit. We will stick to the other one on South Fraser Way. Lesson learned.
