They never have rice , I have worked in the industry enough to know why, also not saying I know it all as well but every time we ask for something it feels like I'm asking for something out of the ordinary and not what we just paid for. Maybe the management is at issue here because this is probably the 20th time I have had this problem.

Okay so I placed an UBER EATS order for PICKUP, order was confirmed, drove to the restaurant and as I was walking in the order got cancelled. Then I asked the girl why they cancelled my order. She had a frightened look on her face and responded with “I had too many online order and it was busy”. There were no other customers in the store lol. She said she’ll make the order because she obviously realizes what she did now. But she turned the whole store OFF on UBER EATS. So I couldn’t even reorder my food. She wasn’t busy doing anything in the store but sweeping, she obviously was not busy with making any orders. Clearly just wanted to ….not do work at work I guess and lounge around. Wasted my gas money driving there. I couldn’t reorder my food because I only ordered off of Uber Eats because there was a discount deal. A 2 for 1 actually. So obviously I wasn’t going to pay twice as much as I would have if the employee just did her job right. Absolutely ridiculous. Gas is expensive these days Pita Pit!

*edit because the business wants more info.Nothing here is freshEven the pickles are dried out. The cheeses look like they sitting out for days. The lesser used veggies have definitely not been replaced in a while. The staff barely even talk to you if you don't tip

Absolutely ridiculous that my wife was told she was NOT allowed to order a kid size smoothie. She would have to order a larger size because she was not a kid!!!What an absolute joke... Pita Pit just lost a customer!!!

Worst experience here all three of the girls here couldent speak fluent EnglishAsked for a ginger ale 3 times and the one girl still Couldent figure out what I was sayingFound the 2 other customers had troubles communicating with the workers also

Staff are amazing when it come to allergies. She was able to help me with the gluten free options and was so knowledgeable. Great food, great staff, will definitely be returning!

Been eating here at least once a week for 2 years. After today WON’T be back! You have to ask over and over to get vegetables. I got the scrapings of the bucket on everything. Don’t get carrots - they’re usually black and look like they’ve been sitting out for weeks. I ordered bacon , paid for bacon and told them to keep it as they don’t know what well done is. It looked like raw and slimy. To top it off I think there was more mustard than all the toppings put together. The service was terrible. The last 3 visits have been beyond disappointing. Three times- strike you’re out! You lost a good customer today. See yaOh yeah and it’s expensive too. So not good food, bad service and costs too much!

If i could give zero stars, I would. I come to Pita pit on south fraser regularly after my workout. The same old white lady with grey hair is always there. I dont think ive ever met such a rude lady. Everytime i come in she never greets me or any other customers. I asked for lettuce she said “well theres 2 types pick one” then sighs and rolls her eyes. Not to mention, the way she speaks to her employees is so rude, Ive seen her yell at the employees. If shes the manager, she needs to get fired. Theres another location by fraser highway. I highly recommend going there. She needs to check her attitude because myself and couple of my friends who also go to pita pit have had similar experiences. I really hope she reads this review because she needs to learn to be kind and welcoming rather than arrogant and rude.Ive read all the 1 star comments and they ALL said the staff is rude and unwelcoming starting from 4 YEARS AGO?? Why hasnt anyone taken action to fire the old lady that works there? I didnt order attitude with my pita pit. Please take action instead of asking customers to reach out to head office.
