My friend ordered two Samosa Poutines from Pizza Craft for pickup, and I was with him when we tried them. The moment we opened the bag, there was a strong spoiled smell coming from the food. We both tried one bite and couldn’t eat it — it tasted completely off, like something was rotten.
He immediately called the restaurant to let them know and even offered to bring the food back. He actually drove all the way back in heavy rain to return it, but the staff were very rude and kept arguing instead of helping. The manager refused to give a refund and tried to deny that there was any smell, even though it was clearly bad.
It was honestly disappointing and unprofessional. I’ve never seen a restaurant handle a complaint so poorly. We both left feeling really disrespected and will never go back again.

I ordered two Samosa Poutines for pickup. After paying and bringing the food home, I opened the bag and immediately noticed a terrible, spoiled smell coming from the food. The taste was awful — I took one bite and had to spit it out. My friend, who also tried it, had the same reaction. It smelled and tasted like the cheese or samosas were old or gone bad.
I called the restaurant right away to report it. The girl on the phone said she would talk to her manager and call me back in 5 minutes. She called me a couple of times, and I told her I was happy to return the food so they could check it themselves — it was completely untouched except for one bite.
When I brought the food back (driving 15–20 minutes in heavy rain after a long workday), their staff were rude and defensive. The manager spoke aggressively and said there was “no smell” and refused to give a refund. It honestly felt like they had already planned to deny any issue.
The girl at the counter lied, saying there was no smell, even though it was clearly spoiled. The manager said if the girl didn’t smell anything, then there would be no refund. I wasted my time, gas, and money, and got treated very poorly for trying to return bad food.
I’ve never had such unprofessional and disrespectful customer service. Very disappointing experience — I won’t be returning here again.

Pizza Craft in Abbotsford seriously needs to work on their service. While the pizza itself tastes okay, the way they cut it is ridiculous — slices are never equal. Some are tiny, some are double-sized. It happened alot of times. It's clear they don't care about presentation or fairness.
On top of that, there's one female staff member (you’ll know who I mean if you’ve been there) who is extremely stingy. She only gives two dips with a large pizza and every time she charged $3.50 for the craft sauce — while another employee (a guy) only charged me $3 for the same thing. It’s frustrating when pricing depends on who’s working.

I recently bought pizza from here and it was a huge letdown. It was overpriced, low quality, and definitely not worth it. They also lie about their pricing what they charge isn’t what they advertise.

It’s a nice creative fusion of Indian flavours on pizza. It’s fun to try something different when craving pizza. We tried the tandoori paneer pizza, Craft’s Paneer Pizza, and ham pizza. All were good, had a good amount of toppings, and had a pretty standard thickness crispy crust, like an average pizza joint but with Indian inspired flavours.
We also tried the salt and pepper wings which were orange in colour with some spice and they were pretty decent. The staff are nice and the prices are fair.
