Pizza Factory

I order from this place regularly..usually good however I got my pizza home today, and they must have dropped it to have it look like this

I'm from Alberta and have been working in the areas of surrey, Langley and Abbotsford the past 6 months. The first time I tried pizza factory was Langley and thought their menu selection was amazing and when the food was delivered I was never let down.

The prices are very reasonable and that's what keeps me coming back.

I've been in Abbotsford the last couple days and I saw there was a pizza factory nearby the hotel I'm staying, I thought that was awesome so I ordered from this one and I was not let down. Quality and reasonable prices will keep a customer returning that's how a business thrives.

Always good and affordable . not 50 bucks for two large . $ 25 and taste good . They got my business

I love the food and service, but please loose the nitrile gloves. You need to be washing your hands regularly when handling food and contaminated surfaces. It was unsettling watching someone take out the garbage and use the phone and go back to where food is being prepared.

I always get great service and have a great time on my weekend nights eating their pizzas. They always provide their finest service, regardless of how busy they are. I've witnessed night staff consistently receive a ton of calls and in-person clients, yet their service is consistently excellent. I can't get enough of their freshly topped chicken and vegetarian pizzas. Always Delicious. Sukhpreet is incredibly kind and greets clients with a smile.

Lots of flavours to choose from. The pizza is always good and reasonably priced. This place is one of our favourites for a late night indulgence.

I have no issue on flavor and food all good but only issue with customer service i call the. For order at 11:46 pm and they refuse it we closed by mid night so we can't get your order at moment. Very disappointed

I ordered Alfredo chicken pizza but I got raw chicken in it. This is really disgusting. My taste and money totally got ruined. Literally bro this is what we deserve after paying money???

The lasagna is not very good it used to be way better it just taste like eating curry won't be ordering again

They has the best pizza in the town . I really love their pizzas and wings . They are fast and cheap comparatively to other places .

We buy food from this place. Unfortunately we were turned off by getting sour wings (yes wings that had spoiled and they cooked anyway). Long story short we stopped ordering from them but my wife liked their Greek salad, so we would order it probably once every couple weeks or so. So tonight I pick it up, bring it home, wife opens it and it's made totally different. Probably 80% cucumber and only a tiny pinch of feta, almost no dressing. (It usually comes loaded with feta). So I called to try and get it corrected and I was then put on hold, then offered a pizza instead, then they refused when I asked for a refund even though we didn't eat any of the salad. Then they asked me to bring the salad back TOMORROW for inspection.... I threw the salad in the garbage. I won't be ordering from there again. You guys lost a customer over a 12$ salad. All we wanted was the salad corrected or a refund. Very poor customer service.
