Ordered 4 pizza's through the app for pickup for 5:30-5:45 I am here now 6pm and the pizza's are still not done 🤬 What's the point of ordering in advance so you can have on-time service if it's not going to be on time. I have somewhere to go and I need to be at the party at 6 PM and I'm still waiting for my pizza's!

AGAIN crappy service, got delivery and the forgot a pizza that was in his car!!! Impossible to ever speak with someone about the issues.
Twice we've had our orders take over an hour to deliver, when you call the phone rings and youbhave to call over 3x to get someone. no real apology just lack of deliver driver. Never ordering again

The website can be delayed on the status of the order. Made us nervous especially seeing the other reviews. The driver had some trouble in our complex but that’s understandable, he got the pizza to us nice and warm so I don’t even mind. Pizza was delicious and really appreciated the generous amount of our toppings!

I tried placing an order on the app 6 times and it would not go through no matter what card I tried. When I called the restaurant and asked them to enter my order, she couldn’t enter it at the same price, it was going to cost more. I told her I wasn’t interested anymore because of how difficult it was to place an order with them and she hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

By far the slowest pizza delivery on earth. Set a time about an hour or 2 before you want your food if you order online.

I ordered pizza through the app. 50 minutes later I called because it said my order was being packaged for 25 minutes. I asked if it would still be hot they said oh we're delivering to you next it will be there in 5 minutes. When I hung up the phone the tracker said my food had been delivered. We checked the front door, no pizza. Watched out the window 20 minutes then call back for them to say oh we rang your door bell numerous times with no answer so we left it on your porch. Up a bunch of stairs. We have 2 stairs and a steep driveway. Don't you think we'd be looking for you after calling to complain? I'll never order again.

99% bread with the daintiest amount of cheese possible, sauce splattered unevenly leaving one side moderate and the other near completely bare. I would expect higher levels of care in dog food.

Staff is not the best. They can never understand what is trying to be said or could care less. On top of that, they offer delivery on their website but always call back saying they have no driver. So why even offer it ….waste of time. Needs new management.

There was a slight mishap about my Veggie pizza. Inspite of my disappointment, the staff at Pizza Hut were very professional in the way they dealt with the issue. Everything got resolved in a few minutes and my pizza was very tasty. Thank you Pizza Hut team. I will come back again and again. You treat your customers right and I greatly appreciate that 👍💫💫💫💫💫

Useless store/ servers are always inside cooking/ no body on front reception to give delivery/ no bell even/ struggle to get order/ they don’t pick phone if call them for order/ avoid this/ management is cheap
