Don’t order from this Pizza Hut!!! Have had a few crappy experiences. Tried to order tonight…they took my order and charged my account ($80) but when I phoned them to confirm my order they said they didn’t have it. Had to phone my bank. Totally useless staff and unhelpful. Ordered Papa Johns instead!

I’ve ordered from them 3 times with the last year and all three have been strikes. They’re done in my books!
First time we ordered delivery, the driver got lost and went to our neighbours. Instead of going to our house, he took the order back to the restaurant. They never bothered to contact me. After I called them, they explained, prepared a new order and sent it off.
Second time the claim the kitchen lost my order. Again, no phone call, I had to call them.
Tried ordering from them over summer, but the app/website claimed there was no delivery available.
And today being the final time. The tracking said the drive was 10mins away for 30mins. I called three times, first time the picked up, left it blank for 4 seconds and hung up. The other two, they never answered. Called from my wife’s phone and they picked up after 3 rings. After asking what was going on with our order, she claimed the driver got confused with the other order he had with him and that he’d be a couple of mins. He arrived a couple of kin’s later and we ended up with cold, extremely greasy pizza.
Never ordering from them again.

Everytime I've ordered here especially if it's delivery ALWAYS a delay or problem getting it delivered. If it's Pickup typically something isn't right in the order or forgotten. Get a phone call half an hour after I order to tell me they can't fulfill something to do with the order..... Not a well run business.

Ordered 4 pizza's through the app for pickup for 5:30-5:45 I am here now 6pm and the pizza's are still not done 🤬 What's the point of ordering in advance so you can have on-time service if it's not going to be on time. I have somewhere to go and I need to be at the party at 6 PM and I'm still waiting for my pizza's!

AGAIN crappy service, got delivery and the forgot a pizza that was in his car!!! Impossible to ever speak with someone about the issues.
Twice we've had our orders take over an hour to deliver, when you call the phone rings and youbhave to call over 3x to get someone. no real apology just lack of deliver driver. Never ordering again

The website can be delayed on the status of the order. Made us nervous especially seeing the other reviews. The driver had some trouble in our complex but that’s understandable, he got the pizza to us nice and warm so I don’t even mind. Pizza was delicious and really appreciated the generous amount of our toppings!
