Worst people!! Exploit employees on the name of ‘’free training’’

Asked for discount, and the owner sure, and Immeaditely said take a 2 L bottle of coke, I turned it down. As it proved that the owners are hard workers and respect their clients unlike other pizza shops in abbotsford.

Actually we bought a cheese pizza and a slice had hair in it like literally it was kneaded in dough , when we called them the lady said it could be of you or your family literally, when asked for compensation, they said they could only give a piece. Like literally man !!

Placed an order online at 2:21 PM. It confirmed the order and took the money from my credit card including a delivery fee and tip. The website also said it would be 30-45 minutes. Well, 45 minutes went by. Then an hour… finally after an hour and a half I called and they had not even started it yet because there were no delivery drivers until 5:00. They had all my info but never bothered to call to tell me. I got them to cancel and went elsewhere. I’m now waiting for a call from a manager for a refund… will post again if update is warranted.
… (update Oct. 8) Later that night, I did speak with a manager and he said he would refund my card and also said to keep my order. I told him it was already gone with the driver. He said he would call the driver to return with the food but that never happened.
At the end of it all, it took a few days, but I did get a refund. I would love to tell you about the food but it never showed so I can’t review it.

When I had arrived they didn’t even start making the pizza. I was in my 45 min break from work.. I wasted my 20 minutes sitting here.
On the website it says 10% discounts over 35$ and when I asked she said it’s only for online order. But don’t mention online order only. Very bad customer service..

Bad experience and customer service. I ordered pizza with chilli flakes and 4 ranch but they delivered jalapeño and garlic souce. I ordered sprite instead asking me they gave me Canada Dry . When I called them rather to say sorry the guy giving me excuse that ranch and garlic is same .
Never order from them on now

Order twice this week on skip and so happy! The pizzas are so cheesy and delish! The family lasagna is a great deal and also soooo delish! Will be ordering more often! Great value !

I wish I knew how to post a pic of my beautiful pizza, my end of work week treat! My 3rd time here. Chose house pizza, extra banana pepps, the toppings are plentiful, the mushrooms are fat and fresh, and the crust is buttery! Crisp on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside! Wowza! LolLovely family run business.

Oderderd regular panner pizza .. it was dry v less toppings slices size v small.Not good at all .

Beware, web pricing is wrong & they’ll blame you for not knowing. I ordered one special (2x 2 toppings for $20), along with two other full price pizzas & 2 bottles of pop, and they refused to honour the online pricing, instead blaming me for not knowing that their website is wrong. Really disappointed in the way I was treated in-store, and won’t be recommending anymore.
