I’ve been a regular customer, but I’m really disappointed with the portion size of the burrito bowl lately. I paid $18 and received a bowl that looked half empty before I even started eating. I’m attaching a picture of the bowl before I took a single bite—this is not acceptable for the price being charged.

If this continues, I’ll have to consider other options. Please be fair with portion sizes—customers notice, and it affects trust and loyalty.

Food is ok but they ration like it's the great depression. Either get smaller bowls or at least give a bit more rice; I took this picture before I started eating, there's so much empty room! Pin pad also asks for tip? Why?

Stopped by Quesada today around 6:45 pm and was seriously disappointed. The girl working there had a rude attitude from the start—no greeting, no smile, and definitely no customer service. It felt like I was an inconvenience just for ordering food. Her body language and tone made it clear she didn’t want to be there, and it showed in how she treated customers. If you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to move on. I come for a decent meal and a basic level of respect, not to feel like I’m bothering someone just by showing up.

The owner was quite rude and angry when helping me, told me he doesn't need my business when I explained id come in as the food didnt meet my expectations the last time I had ordered on uber. very unpleasant experience overall on every instance I've visited

It's not very good. Way better Mexican places in abby.

I ordered online and they left Mexican street slaw, burrito sauce and salsa off all 6 tacos in the order.

Tacos have almost no meat in them.

I won't order here again based on the missing toppings and there simply being way better tacos in abbotsford.

Meal was massive. Ordered the jumbo burrito. Good for 2 meals even for a big guy. Quality is mediocre. It's a borito joint that feels fast foodish.

Food is delicious. Little pricey though for the portions and especially when one gets a meal. The staff seems very unhappy to be there and barely greet their customers. The food makes up for the grumpy staff.

Wanted to try this for the first time after seeing their burrito of the day and walking in. Front counter told me they do not honour this promotion? Yet there's a banner on their front door advertising it and the only reason I walked in. I'm sure their food is great, but I can't stand those kind of small things. If you're out of ingredients or have an excuse OK, but misleading customers is just ignorance. Not hard to pull the poster down and/or say the promotion is old
