Stopped in after a Costco shop and boy I should have gone somewhere else! At first didn't see anyone working. The girl was in the back. When she finally came out to the counter she had her earbuds in and was obviously talking to someone else. She eventually took my order. I went to the front to pay. At no time during this interaction did she even once look at me or speak to me. She remained talking to whoever she was on the phone with the entire time. I received my flatbread pizza and sat down to eat. It was burnt. So busy chatting she entirely forgot why she was there! I have been to this location many times and have had excellent service. Someone needs to be supervising this staff member as she is not capable of being left on her own! Extremely dissatisfied!

I placed an online order, ordered extra sauce on the side, didn't get it. The sandwich had some sauce in it but it was just a few spots and not all the way through, hardly enough to taste. The veggies were so few it was pathetic. The Pepperoncini peppers were dryer than a popcorn fart. Horrible. I went back to work and added salad mix and seasoning. I won't go back to this location again. So disappointing.

Came to the store and ordered 4 subs including a Philly Cheesesteak and a Veggie. When we got home we discovered that the fillings in all were extremely scant. The Veggie only had lettuce, tomatoes and a few onions, while the steak was almost non-existent. Complete waste of money and I will not be coming to this location again. This is shrinkflation gone absurd!

I like the food quite a bit, but I always get extra sauce. The workers are alright, sometimes they have an attitude. My favourites to get from here are bbq chicken pizza and the honey bacon club.
I used to eat at this location but not after reading all the reviews now. The service is beyond unprofessional. The food will make you sick. And the manager doesn’t care to loose customers.They will go as far as calling the “manager”at home to charge xtra for sauce substitution on a sandwich. Yet the dressing/vinaigrette is more cost on the sandwich then the plain mayonnaise. Not a single location will charge you, but this one. Could’ve made a nickel or dime or more! Yet your choice was to loose a customer for good.Drove to the next one and the new one I will spend my money at, Didn’t charge me a thing….
