Horrible had the worst experience eating a to go breakfast bagel sandwich here at the ravens bistro. Which was dry tasteless over priced and had to ask to get reheated lol wtf! And when I asked the girl had no idea fml. Also early seen some unsafe food practices from the till while I waited to pay. No workers had gloves on hair nets masks etc. barley any spoke English the chef looked lost lol trying to talk to the front staff looked up set . Good place to eat I bet not!

The service was efficient, the food hot and the portions plentiful. My wife and I ordered a breakfast platter with the idea to share as she isn’t much of a breakfast person. Without being asked, the platter was split into two plates. I’m quite certain that we got more than the normal amount of very tasty hash browns. The sunny side up eggs were cooked properly. And the sausage and bacon were very tasty. I would drive to the airport for breakfast if I lived near here.

We purchased 40 dollars of beverages to bring on our plane as they are the only place you can purchase items before boarding your plane. At the last minute our flight was canceled. We asked if we could return the beverages and rebuy them the next day as thats when our flight was postponed till. ( We also bought beers from them and drank there). They said they would not take the drinks back so we would have to repurchase the same drinks the next day as we cannot go through security with them. They know this so we would have to pay again. Not only would they not give us our money back after we promised to purchase again, they wouldn’t even let us keep our purchased beverages with them till the following day knowing we would just have to buy more the next day. They also would not let us talk to a manager to ask or talk too!! This is probably the most cheapest, poor customer service you can think of. If you buy anything from them, make sure your flight is boarding. They could have done an honorable thing but instead wanted to make sure their customers were out of money and making sure they would have to spend there again. I find this disgusting customer service and I find the resteraunt very cheap and only helping themselves. Don’t expect much!

You have been warned...do NOT expect to get a decent meal here. The staff are rude, lazy and unsanitary...the "food" is disgusting. The really unfortunate part is the owner has the only franchise for both pre and post security restaurants. The "Bistro" before security opens and closes whenever they feel like, so don't count on getting a meal. The bistro post security only offers several day old sandwiches and very rude service. Do whatever you need to to avoid eating here!!

Showed up early for our flight to relax and have a bite and a drink. Big mistake! Restaurant closed at 4:45 PM on a Saturday? Only food place in the airport.... told that they're place on other side of security would be open. Get through security to find a dirty place with pre wrapped sandwiches made yesterday for $12 and little else. Asked for two glasses of wine and we were told we could only have "something in a can" even though the bar is 3 feet from where the employee is standing. Clearly the place is not very clean and perhaps the employee didn't want to have to wash glasses? Absolutely pathetic! Thanks but a rice krispie square or fruit cup does not cut it either.. thank goodness my flight is only 90 min and I can eat when I get home! Don't waste your time or money here!!! Make sure you eat before you get here.

$36 for two disgusting slimy turkey sandwiches, a lukewarm drip coffee and a chocolate milk. Definitely wait and purchase on the plane. The girl behind the counter was actually sitting on the kitchen counter in the back, visible from the till, and she had her eyes closed, obviously more content to try to sleep than to serve her customers. She did open her eyes after 20 seconds or so, and lumbered off the counter to take my money. Staff will not be motivated by working in such a terribly run establishment. No manager. No way of contacting one. Absolute garbage poor quality pre-made food that is at least a couple of days old. Adding in the uncleaned coolers and unwashed floor, this may be the worst place I've ever eaten. It is the only place to buy food after going through security, so they don't have to care about service or quality. Perhaps the food is better later in the day when a cook comes in, but that doesn't solve the cleaning of the coolers and service area, or help to guide and motivate the staff. The manager should be fired and the staff trained. I hope the airport doesn't renew their lease - what a terrible business to have in an international airport - the last experience a traveller may have before leaving our beautiful country. It doesn't deserve even one star.

☕The mocha was so yummy and comforting. Totally takes the stress of travel away and this was the only time I've experienced this nice seating too with windows along the whole wall for a great view and so sweet they bring breakfast to people's tables instead of making you wait at the counter like most cafes. The hot drink menu should be up on or by the screens though. Also there are way too many typical karens leaving bad reviews here and they should ask themselves who's really rude.

This was the worst place, they sell you a cup and you and every other person has to fill up your own coffee? Wouldn’t it be more sanitary for them to fill your cup, also very poor service. Wish they had Tim Horton’s coffee shop much better.
Absolutely horrible! We paid $25.49 for two sandwiches and two coffee. We couldn’t even eat the sandwiches. We threw them in the garbage. The milk and cream jugs for coffee were empty. This is the most expensive and worst place we have ever had the misfortune of eating (not).

Giant 7 hour flight delay on a fairly big plane, the bar filled up pretty fast with only one bar tender. I didn't catch her name but she was amazing, somehow kept everyone's downer moods up with her upbeat personality and everyone was very well taken care of. Didn't get her name, but she was working the evening on Aug. 22 2021 by herself. Great job.

Although a bit pricey, the taste was amazing. We ordered a Caesar salad and a beef sandwich, and both tasted great with a generous portion size. Will come again for sure when visiting this airport

I wish I saw the reviews before ordering... took over 30 min for an order of fries I couldn't even take because I had to board plane. Whoever owns the place needs to implement a better strategy when it comes to customer service...If the airport is going to offer and have one vendor only they should maybe revisit their contract with this particular vendor....
