Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We order often because the food is incredible! This time we ordered through Uber Eats. We had our daughter, her husband and our grandbabe over. We ordered five meals and the uber driver came with only two. Uber wouldn’t make it right so we called the restaurant and explained. The manager came on the phone and said give me a few minutes to make you fresh fries and I will deliver it to you myself. And he did!!! In the pouring rain on a Saturday night. He hand delivered our missing order with fresh fries (and an extra order of fries). Met him at the door, amazing guy. Went above and beyond and I could tell he did it for the love of his job alone. This is what makes our city, and our country the best place in the world to be. Thank you. We appreciate you! And the food was as delicious as ever!!!

My daughter and I came in for the kids eat 50% off deal and while the food was good as always, what really blew me away was the service we got from Silas. Incredible service, they should be running the floor!

I have grown up with this restaurant my whole life and need to give a special shoutout to Mariah and Zach for making my son feel SO special today! They heard that he loves Pokémon and took an extra few minutes to talk with him about it and share their favourites…totally made our day! Come here if you are not only wanting great food but 5 star service as well!! Highly recommend!

Google sent me to this red robin in Abbotsford and I’m so thank for finding this gem !!!!! The food was amazing ! The burger was the best I’ve ever had !!!! The unlimited sides all spectacular . Everything was cooked perfectly. The taste was unbelievable. The amount of food definitely does not leave you hungry when your finished .The Atmosphere was amazing waitress ( Tanya ) was definitely attentive and so friendly . The general manager was super amazing. Pricing was exceptional for what you get . And the restaurant was super clean ,I live in Ontario so I’m super sad I won’t be able to eat here As a regular , But if we return to Abbotsford, we would definitely make this a stop.

Red Robin is consistent. Always decent food and service. Could the place use a refresh, new carpets and decor? Yes of course but it also doesn’t disappoint.

Since moving away from Abbotsford, we haven't patroned Red Robin for several years. We returned tonight to celebrate with our kids. Absolutely everything was amazing from the appetizer onion ring tower, to the burgers, to dessert. It brought back a lot of memories from being there in the 90s and 2000s. The only thing that was missing was the train, may it rest in peace.

We are very disappointed, we never did get our food. We were the first once in the restaurant and we watched all of the other customers get their food. Still nothing. My friend ask the server, and got blown off. So after waiting longer I asked and she was rude and was uninterested in doing anything about the problem.

We were literally the first customers in the restaurant. After ordering our appetizers, we waited 45 minutes. We talked to the waiter and she said it was not her fault and there was nothing she could do.
We canceled the order and left. Very disappointed.
