Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Was a really awesome meal. The interchangeable bottomless drinks are incredible and very reasonably priced. My burger was incredible and the onion rings were some of the best I’ve ever had. The service was awesome. Really great place.

If you been to red robins then you know... but if you haven't, you need to. Their burgers are underrated, the service is exceptional and the people are great. I've always had good experiences when I go. The one in Abby and the one in Vernon are always on point. Dont miss out.

Food and service was AMAZING! It was a bit loud but that’s to be expected on a busy night. We ordered our food and the waitress got everything exactly right. She was very easy to talk to and was quick to serve. Overall incredibly happy with our experience!

Everything about the meal was great.
Amanda was our server and she was very attentive and cheerful. We tried the 2 new burgers which was the A1 Steakhouse and the Bacon/Bleu burger and it was tasty. Will be back again!!!

**update**
The manager has called me today to rectify the situation with a refund, although it wasn't handled properly at the time, I have been assured that I was not provided to correct policy for the error. He was apologetic and timely getting back to me which was appreciated. Indicated the refund will be coming from HQ due to online order. I do consider this now a satisfactory result**
Spent $107 for 2 burgers and 2 appies to be delivered and they messed up my order. Apparently they cannot send out a new order as they dont have delivery drivers and they messed it up. So I am stuck with no dinner. (Dietary restriction that I paid extra for) Worst service ever since they cannot make it right!

We order often because the food is incredible! This time we ordered through Uber Eats. We had our daughter, her husband and our grandbabe over. We ordered five meals and the uber driver came with only two. Uber wouldn’t make it right so we called the restaurant and explained. The manager came on the phone and said give me a few minutes to make you fresh fries and I will deliver it to you myself. And he did!!! In the pouring rain on a Saturday night. He hand delivered our missing order with fresh fries (and an extra order of fries). Met him at the door, amazing guy. Went above and beyond and I could tell he did it for the love of his job alone. This is what makes our city, and our country the best place in the world to be. Thank you. We appreciate you! And the food was as delicious as ever!!!

My daughter and I came in for the kids eat 50% off deal and while the food was good as always, what really blew me away was the service we got from Silas. Incredible service, they should be running the floor!

I have grown up with this restaurant my whole life and need to give a special shoutout to Mariah and Zach for making my son feel SO special today! They heard that he loves Pokémon and took an extra few minutes to talk with him about it and share their favourites…totally made our day! Come here if you are not only wanting great food but 5 star service as well!! Highly recommend!

Google sent me to this red robin in Abbotsford and I’m so thank for finding this gem !!!!! The food was amazing ! The burger was the best I’ve ever had !!!! The unlimited sides all spectacular . Everything was cooked perfectly. The taste was unbelievable. The amount of food definitely does not leave you hungry when your finished .The Atmosphere was amazing waitress ( Tanya ) was definitely attentive and so friendly . The general manager was super amazing. Pricing was exceptional for what you get . And the restaurant was super clean ,I live in Ontario so I’m super sad I won’t be able to eat here As a regular , But if we return to Abbotsford, we would definitely make this a stop.

Red Robin is consistent. Always decent food and service. Could the place use a refresh, new carpets and decor? Yes of course but it also doesn’t disappoint.
