Ricardo's Pizza

Worst service I've ever had from Ricardo's from placing order to the pickup.

Normally we are very pleased but on Monday we ordered baked spaghetti and baked lasagna with ribs and hot wings and it was the worst we've ever had .
I asked that the wings be cooked longer they weren't the ribs had a funky taste and the spaghetti was almost all sauce barely any spaghetti and the lasagna had almost no sauce.
You dropped it big time this time .

Ordered for the first time today. My regular place that I won’t name used to be good but not any more. Saw a good review online about Richardo’s , so I decided to try it. The pizza was delicious ! The crust was perfect and the toppings and the way it was cooked was awesome. My new go to pizza place! Also, delivery was fast. Nice and hot when I got it.

Ricardo's pizzas are good. I liked their Deluxe pizza.

I ordered from Abby Richardos for least 12yrs plus . And we only ordered from them . And often, least once a week or more Since having a daughter .
It got so bad , the pizza , the service , and when made a complaint they gave attitude , I understand young , new employees but after talking with manager , it was clear why I’ve been getting bad pizza and service.
For a year now drive to mission , and get the delicious pizza I got for years in Abby .
Long story short , just ordered 2 pizzas today Oct 31 2024 , and worst both were terrible and the person who took order seemed like an unhappy employee and so did driver .

I’d stay away from this place , until new management takes over .

Very disappointed customer.

We have been ordering pizza from Ricardo’s for years and had been very happy with the quality. The last time we ordered, the pizza was dry as though it had been sitting for some time. But, we thought we’d try again, as the pizza had been good in the past.

This time, when ordering for delivery, the staff did not communicate the order would take 55 min. Rather, after waiting 40 minutes and calling to determine where our order was, I was not given the service you’d expect from a manager. Needless to say we cancelled the order. Unfortunately, it seems that Ricardo’s is no longer providing the quality food and service .

First time to order a pizza in Abbotsford, picked a place close by and very happy with my choice….Was ready when I went to pick up, was very tasty. Would definitely order again…

I've been buying food from Ricardos for almost 20 years. Last night was the last time. The pizza had almost no toppings. The sauce didn't even reach the crust. Almost no cheese. This has happened with other items. Ravioli.... pay extra for extra cheese and mushrooms. The pasta is dumped on bottom of tray. Sauce isn't mixed with pasta( so basically straight pasta) 4 mushroom slices and a thin layer of cheese. Despite paying like 5$ extra for that( 35$ totalfor 1 Ravioliorder). Sometimes the pizza if cold, or soggy to the point it sticks to the box. I'll be removing ricardos from my go to pizza place.i think maybe 5 orders were actually good out of over 50 in the last year or so. Done wasting money because it feels like you're being ripped off when you get your order.

Used to come here often for the perogies pizza when we lived in Abby. Still my wife’s favourite. It was still good and consistent. Hot and fresh as well. Also had the Veggie as well. Both were good.

Really dislike writing this review, but very disappointed in our CUSTOM pizza. Thin crust was doughy, toppings were scarce and burnt. First and last time ordering...sorry. Delivery service was wonderful and as expected.

Over the past 4 years I developed PTSD working in the hospital during covid. As such, I essentially stopped eating and became so nutritionally deprived my body became so anorexic and began shutting down. As my body began to heal, I struggled to find anything my body would want to eat, as all food made me very sick. I was too weak to cook, and relied of canned soups for food, and friends /family as able to help me eat. After 4 years of struggling I am only now able to start eating solid foods. Your lasagna is one thing that my stomach tolerates and my taste buds enjoy! I discovered your lasagna only this past month, and have ordered I think 9 or 10 lasagnas. Yesterday alone, I ordered 3 because one lasagna is 3-4 meals for me. These three is a nutritionally high protein dish, which will help me rebuild some muscle tone I have seriously lost. I am so grateful to have such an amazing lasagna in Chilliwack. I was so tired of crappy lasagna from BP and over double the cost, for dry lasagna. Your lasagna has enough sauce that my stomach tolerates the noodles well, and when I do request a little extra sauce, I am never disappointed. I will forever love your lasagna and wings, that I am now finally able to stop losing 1-2 pounds a day. I am finally able to start walking again without a walker, because your food has allowed me to eat over triple what I could previously. While I have far to go, I no longer have to rely on canned soups and chips for meals. Thank you for making such a difference in my life. I 100% recommend their pizza as well. It doesn’t have that fast food taste, it tastes more like a hearty homemade pizza. Not like any other pizza in town. There is a reason it is recommended like it is. It all tastes a little home-made, which is wonderful when one is sick of the fast food taste. I know I overshared, but it has made a literal difference in my life, in a life versus death way. My body is no longer digesting itself and causing me to be hospitalized from organ failure.
