3 people. ordered the works-omelette, breakfast bowl & waffles. The omelette lacked in flavour & just wasnt good-didn't sit well)& i love omelettes). The breakfast bowl was to have brown bread & no sauce. Neither direction were followed. Server was freindly enough but was in such a hurry to remove plates off table! Took last bite she was right there asking to take plate away. Got annoying after 2nd time around. Wont be returning anytime soon for breakfast.

Came here after Castle Fun Park for lunch. The waitress we had, Emily, was amazing. From the moment we walked in she greeted us with a smile. We where 4 adults and 2 very young kids. She was super patient and never let our drinks get empty. We where high maintenance group but she never stopped smiling. The food was SO freaking good. Probably the best I have had at a Ricki's. Portions where huge and everything came out hot. We WILL be back again. And cant say enough nice things about Emily. Amazing server. The place is also super clean and smells amazing the second you walk in.

Don't come as a single diner. I felt singled out because I was alone. And I was harassed about paying before I'd finished eating, but nobody else was. Not acceptable.

The service is excellent but they really need to hire a proper chef. Every time I come, the eggs aren't properly cooked through, there's white slime in the middle. This morning we were the only ones in the restaurant! The quality should be 100% if there's nobody else to cook for. Very sad. This place will go out of business unless they focus on the quality of the food they're serving.

Mom and I come all the time for the breakfast special. Occasional lunch or dinner. We love it. The food is good from the breakfast deal to the burgers and pizza. They have lovely staff. The location is not great as it's right in the corner of the 2 busiest intersections but hey.....we deal!

Food wasn't good the selection wasn't what I'm used to from Ricky's. Waitresses were great. The item I'd ordered wasn't good as she took our plates away she noticed mine wasn't touched so she asked if everything was okay? I told her it wasn't not even thinking about it we go pay our bill and she'd taken my meal off our bill. Obviously I gave her a good tip.
First time visiting this restaurant. Two of us shared the Big Brunch Platter. Food was great, server was polite and efficient and the restaurant was clean. I like the atmosphere of this location, bright and spacious. I will be eating here again for sure!!

This is my staple for home hearty food! I have tried most things on the menu and have ZERO complaints! Their turkey dinner was made with real turkey that was not over cooked or dry it wasn't processed! Salads have all been fresh with just enough dressing to keep it from getting soggy their chicken strips are just like mom makes! And dessert hands down best tiramisu I have ever had! The service is always fabulous! Never bugs me while my mouth Is full!
