Came here after Castle Fun Park for lunch. The waitress we had, Emily, was amazing. From the moment we walked in she greeted us with a smile. We where 4 adults and 2 very young kids. She was super patient and never let our drinks get empty. We where high maintenance group but she never stopped smiling. The food was SO freaking good. Probably the best I have had at a Ricki's. Portions where huge and everything came out hot. We WILL be back again. And cant say enough nice things...

The service is excellent but they really need to hire a proper chef. Every time I come, the eggs aren't properly cooked through, there's white slime in the middle. This morning we were the only ones in the restaurant! The quality should be 100% if there's nobody else to cook for. Very sad. This place will go out of business unless they focus on the quality of the food they're serving.

Mom and I come all the time for the breakfast special. Occasional lunch or dinner. We love it. The food is good from the breakfast deal to the burgers and pizza. They have lovely staff. The location is not great as it's right in the corner of the 2 busiest intersections but hey.....we deal!
