Love this place ! First off they have amazing cocktails we have gone many times and never disappoints ! This place is stunning .. still cannot believe how they recovered after the flood . I highly recommend if you want to go to a place with a great friendly vibe !! For us and our friends this is a place you need to go ! ?
My husband at I were married at the Secret Garden at Ripples Winery on October 3, 2024. This venue is so beautiful and has a great atmosphere: tons of plants, lovely chandeliers, and cozy fire-pits for late night. It has everything you need, with plenty of options to add on services to make the day as you'd like. They have fantastic drinks, including a delicious sparkling blueberry wine which was a big hit with all of our guests.
DO NOT GO TO RIPPLES TO CELEBRATE BIRTHDAYS OR SPECIAL OCCASIONS! I’ve been to ripples a handful of times before and had good experiences, enjoyed lovely events they’ve hosted-but this last time I went will be my last visit. I reserved a table for myself and 4 friends to celebrate a birthday, we wanted to bring a cake and balloons in so I requested this in the reso. 10 minutes prior to our arrival time I received a phone call from the staff stating we are not allowed to bring a cake in due to a no outside food policy… understandable. I then clarified that the balloons we wished to bring in were okay, and was refused due to health/safety due to the heated patio. Fine. We had no time and no notice to change the plan, because the woman who called me (our server no doubt) gave me no notice. So we had to go forth with the reservation anyways. The server was so unfriendly and seemed annoyed by our presence. Not to mention we were the ONLY table in there. My friend ordered the soup of the day without knowing (or being told) that it contained beef-she does not eat beef. She politely told the server and apologized, but our server met her with ignorance. The server looked at the rest of the guests at the table and said “can’t you just switch with someone?” Suggesting we’d swap our meals for hers … who does that? Eventually the soup was sent back and she got a new meal. There was an elderly lady who brought the replacement meal that made up for our servers poor hospitality, she was friendly and apologetic for the mishap. However, our servers unkind nature and behaviour made this worst experience at a restaurant I have ever had. I would not recommend going here for any special occasion. To tie in all in a shitty bow, we asked the server for if she has plastic forks to spare so that we could share the birthday cake we brought for our friend in the parking lot…and she gave us a smug smile and said “no, we don’t.” It wasn’t until my friend had a visceral reaction to her blunt decline that she changed her mind and told us she might have “gross wooden ones if we wanted that”. Well… yes you ill-mannered woman a wooden fork is better than our hands… so we agreed, thanked her for the forks, and celebrated our friend with a parking lot cake. What a joke. I am in utter disbelief by the rude behaviour of this staff member and I hope this reaches her, and anyone else researching ripples for a celebratory evening. Do. Not. Go.
***EDIT & RESPONSE*** : The outside food and balloons could have been understandable had your staff contacted us with notice. We would not have come with those ridiculous rules. The balloons being a hazard with the propane heaters could make sense if the heaters were even on... it was freezing and we were all in blankets. Just an all around terrible experience, we could have let go of the cake and balloon drama but it was all together awful due to the ignorance of our server. As for the soup, you did not have any information about it lol it was just "soup of the day", which by the way beef is not a key ingredient. (Minestrone (/ˌmɪnəsˈtroʊni/, Italian: [mineˈstroːne]) is a thick soup of Italian origin made with vegetables and beans, and sometimes pasta or rice. It typically includes onions, celery, carrots, leaf vegetables, stock, Parmesan cheese, and tomatoes. Minestrone traditionally is made without meat, but it has no set recipe and can be made with many different ingredients). Regardless-the argument is not the ingredients but how rude the server was about the mishap. Your suggestion about dietary restrictions is laughable as I can only imagine the reaction from this woman had we of inconvenienced her with allergy information. She should not be working in this industry, this is no way to run a successful business and I am even further displeased by the lack of accountability in your response. However, I’m not surprised reading through more reviews lol. Good luck maintaining any kind of positive reputation with your inability to right your wrongs and provide a positive experience to you
As always Ripples Estate Winery exceeds any and all expectations the food is next level the drinks amazing creative and always top level presentation. Most of all the staff is top tier and if your lucky you will catch a flash mob dance that no less includes the owner herself. I recommend a night out at Ripples every time .
Our wedding was on Oct 17, 2024. We planned it in less than 6 months.
The Venue:
Absolutely gorgeous. We had the ceremony inside even though the weather was decent, as the pond area was beautiful. We had 80 guests and the venue was the right size, it did not feel overcrowded and it did not feel empty.
The location was perfect and there was enough parking for everyone. We had purchased the center pieces and the venue decorated it beautifully. We purchased our flowers separately and a family member placed them in the vases already on the table.
Many Vendors are familiar with this venue so set up was seamless. Everything was easy and no issues or confusion.
I had received a free “decor item” for attending a wedding event earlier in the year, I chose a white linen to be placed on the wedding arch, but it was not there for the ceremony. Not a big deal but just a little reminder to remind them of what you asked for.
The Wine:
The Lady red wine we purchased from the venue was a big hit. Everyone loved it. The venue did not have white wine available, therefore we needed to purchase our own white wine and pay a $10 uncorking fee for each bottle. Which was a reasonable price. They stored the white wine we dropped off the morning of and placed it in the tables.
The Staff:
Mercedes was so helpful and kind. Her positive attitude and organizational skills were perfect. We had paid for a cleanup fee ($150), and one employee made a rude comment to my mother about having to clean up a few glasses from the bridal suite (bridal suite not included in venue, it is an extra $100 fee). When I mentioned this to Mercedes the follow day, she apologized. Overall, not a big deal but it made my mother feel uncomfortable even though she did not need to clean up anything, she tried and we also paid for the clean up fee.
The owner helped us choose the centrepiece decor a month earlier and she was so easy going and great to work with.
We all had an amazing time, everyone loved the venue and the vendors we chose.

Overall, the perfect wedding for us. I would highly recommend this venue and will definitely organize future events there.
Thank you Ripples Winery!
Beautiful venue. Attended a wedding there. Food was buffet style, and everything was very nicely done and coordinated.
I've tried to give this place a chance multiple times because we live in the area. Each time with a group of brown people. And honestly, they never treat us well.
I've always felt like I was inconvenient, unwanted, and rushed to leave. The drinks and atmosphere is good but after multiple tries and horrible service every time it's hard not to see the pattern. They really need to train their servers better and learn to be open to diversity. Reading other comments I can see other people have been uncomfortable too. Hopefully they see the pattern and won't just take accountability but also action. Be better.
My husband and came here for an anniversary afternoon/early dinner date. From the moment we arrived to the very end of our stay, every employee was friendly and wonderful. The flight of gin sours to the margarita recommendations, the food, ambiance and all was spectacular and unique. Beautiful property and so so happy they're back open after the brutal flood. If you're looking for a cool, relaxing and enjoyable time or even an event come here to Ripples. Thank you to all the amazing staff ????
We are going to try this winery this Sunday for wine tasting and lunch and after reading these reviews, we are so excited. It is so nice to hear positive comments instead of all the negativity normally displayed in forums such as this, hence the 5 star review even though we have never been. We can't wait for this and I am sure we will have our own positive experience and comments to add.
I want to update my original review since we have now been to Ripples at least half a dozen times. Absolutely fantastic and will exceed your expectations. Food is amazing, the staff is deligtful and of course the wine is top notch. The enviroment makes you feel like you are in a old town in Europe somewhere having lunch and drinks with friends at a sidewalk cafe. The overall eperience is spectacular and one that we have intruduced to many friends and family memebers.
Beautiful, poor customer service. Limited parking.
*Update I was not blocked in, like the owner states, I guess rather then asking what happened it's just easier to make something up...

We had our wedding at Ripples and it exceeded our expectations! The staff were great, the venue was beautiful and the day/night was seamless thanks to the coordinators. I highly recommend this venue if you are in search of the most magical place to become husband and wife!
The owner is immature and cannot take accountability for poor service
Very yum , and cute cat
My husband and I got married at Ripples in August and it was truly the perfect venue.
We had multiple guests tell us how it was the prettiest wedding venue they’ve ever been to. Ripples offers so much more than a standard venue - they supply staff, a vendor coordinator, bartending service, decor, etc. There were so many additional options we could add on, including a clean up service - which was wonderful for the end of the night.
Ripples made the entire process super easy for us, from the initial booking, to communicating our vision, and then coordinating the wedding.
We would absolutely recommend ripples to anyone looking for a wedding venue :)
Fabulous experience at Ripples! Everything was excellent! Our server, Chris, was superb and very knowledgeable! Highly recommend!
