I love this local gem. I just had the most delicious bowl of Mennonite Borscht. So delicious, tasty and healthy! I eat breakfast here all the time and love their potatoes as they're not deep fried or greasy yet very tasty. As well the eggs and local bacon are delish. Always consistently wonderful food.

Service was okay.....server was attentive but kind of impatient. Mind you, they were closing in about an hour when she took our order, so maybe that's why. My husband ordered the Monte Cristo and said it was good. I ordered the chicken strips and yam fries. Came with 3 overcooked chicken strips and like 12 fries. For $23.50. $4 to upgrade to yam fries and it was a tiny portion. Way too overpriced for what you get. Likely won't come back.

The perfect old-school local restaurant. Excellent food, friendly interactive staff. As a trucker on lay-over I appreciated their flawless wifi, their opening exactly on-time, their suggestions for local shops and sights for my layover day. But the lot is very small and 1, possibly 2 bobtails is its max, provided they're not busy.
