Roseland Restaurant

We moved from Mission to Abbotsford and thought we would try Roseland, we were very impressed with our waitress (Tiffany”, her attentiveness, the place was spotlessly clean and food was outstanding, would recommend this restaurant, definitely will revisit.

The only things that were decent were the coffee and the bacon, but overall I wouldn’t choose to eat here again. The toast looked toasted but was still soft, like it had just come out of the bag. After waiting quite a while, I had to ask for a coffee refill, and no water was ever offered. The hashbrowns were mushy with no crisp at all, and the poached eggs were cooked in a metal cup instead of being prepared properly. Everything lacked seasoning.

For the price, you’re better off going to Old Yale Brewing, or Anita’s, places that consistently deliver quality and care about the food they serve. There’s a reason those restaurants have people waiting to get in.

The new york strip was pretty poor quality tbh, was more like a pork chop. Get better meat, steak isn't rocket science.

Chicken was a bit dry in the Chicken burger. The potato salad tasted store-bought, like Reser's brand.
Lovely wait staff, very friendly. Fast service.

Tiffany is the nicest and most humble server at this restaurant. This restaurant is so amazing and classic feeling chill environment.

Our server Hannah was great, made sure we got everything we needed and was very nice. Everything was quite reasonably priced, better value than lots of restaurants like it. The food was pretty good. The shrimp melt was good but I wish it was served with the shrimp hot, since the rest of the dish is hot. Soup of the day was amazing! Halibut burger was good, but the mushrooms and tomato don't really work well on it. The cordon Bleu burger was good as well, as was the Greek salad. Overall, a solid dining experience. Would come here again.

The food and service was fantastic! Our server Tiffany was wonderful and recommended the dinner special which was the breaded chilli chicken with rice and steamed vegetables and garlic toast, something I haven’t seen on special before. It came out nice and hot and in a timely manner and tasted absolutely delicious!
