I recently visited The Cake Guru and loved their cupcakes! Each one was bursting with flavor and had a perfect, moist texture—definitely a mark of premium quality. The staff was friendly and attentive, making my experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by for a treat!

Worst experience ever!! Very bad customer service. I did order cupcakes yesterday and a guy over the phone said you can pu tomorrow by noon. He said we are close tomm but we do some order if somebody wants so you can come by noon. It was for my daughter’s bdy celebration in daycare. When i reach at the shop by 12 it was closed and i call them many times nobody pickup the call . I stayed there for 20 minutes and then again came back around 12.40. Still shop was closed and nobody answer the phone. I can understand if you are closed. But do not make any commitment just say you cannot do it. I didn’t force you to come. I call you before and you guys confirm it. I was so busy the whole day. And i have to find another bakery to get the cupcakes. It messes my whole schedule. That was so rude. I did message on her marketplace id but still no response. Very bad customer service. I don’t care how good your products are but i will not come to ur place ever and never recommend to anyone.

This place is amazing! It has all the things you need for decorating/delivering baking, but also- SUCH GOOD PASTRY. I love trying new bakeries and I am opinionated about baked goods. This cream roll had incredible fresh and flaky pastry that had that perfect pastry taste and the filling was- well- perfect. Not too much, not too little, flavoured just right. I can’t wait to try the other things I bought.
They are also well set up to enjoy a coffee and a visit with some comfy and cute chairs.

I never recommend this cake shop to anyone due to worst customer service and awful cake quality. It’s never worth to spend even a penny for their product. They delivered a completely different cake than what we ordered in terms of size and custom. Also the cake was not fully baked. Even 1 start is alot for this store.

This use to be Say it With Cake and I loved it. We got a cake from Cake Guru hoping for it to be similar and it is clear they did not buy the recipes with the location. The cake tasted unbaked, like there was too much flour added, the icing was not sweet. Completely inedible. What a disappoint. Shame Abbotsford lost another great business.
