My first visit to Sprouted Oven and oh, what a gem! I absolutely loved the place!!! It's a vegan dream come true. The owner seemed very kind and genuinely passionate - explains why the place is awesome! You get almost everything you want and it's delicious. I tried Chocolate Hazelnut milkshake, peanut butter cookie and s'mores cookies... they were all too good! Can't wait to come back to try the breakfast menu.
Vegan or not, I highly recommend this place! Keep it up!!
Good food.
Moderate $
Whenever we come to Abbotsford, we always eat at the Sprouted Onion because we are vegan. This time we pre-ordered pizza for lunch: Garden Veggie, Hawaiian Chick'n, Thai Chick'n & Basil Pesto Panini. All were full of flavour and good hot from the oven, and we enjoyed the leftovers cold for supper just before we headed back home. The muffins we purchased for dessert were also good.

Amazing selection between both regular and gluten-free baked goods and breads. Great prices in the bakery.
Cool selection of drinks I look forward to trying.
I signed up with their rewards program and got a free loaf of bread so highly recommend joining the rewards.
Small dining area with some tables and chairs if youre looking to eat it.
Just found this place, and look forward to returning

ordered two chicken burgers among a bunch of other stuff. Waited 45 minutes only to get one cold chicken burger instead of two then they told me they would make another one which means I had to wait another long time. Worst chicken burger I’ve ever had in my life. Was not real chicken. It was more like gum. Worse than McDonald’s. It was ice cold. Absolutely disgusting. I fed it to my dog.

Everything about Sprouted Oven is absolutely perfect to me. My husband and I always come here to stock up on nutritional yeast, sourdough bread, and (pro tip) cinnamon buns to keep in the freezer.
We have also started coming in for lunch, as the food here leaves you feeling great! The bbq chkn pizza is amazing, we love the chai latte, and the chocolate smoothie bowl crushes every time.
If Sprouted Oven ceases to exist, then so will I.

Sprouted Oven is my absolute favorite place in the entire lower mainland for baked goods and treats, among other things. The baked goods are incredible, reasonably priced, and not full of a bunch of chemicals and garbage. You can feel good about giving yourself a treat. They have very talented baking staff, unbelievably friendly and helpful counterstaff and even the manager (or owner, not sure) is there to help out with any questions you may have. If I could give sprouted oven a hundred stars, I would do it!

Bethany at Sprouted Oven took me back to the days when people genuinely connected at the till. Even though the shop was quiet, her warm recommendations and stories about her family’s favourites made a real impact on my visit. It felt personal and thoughtful — exactly the kind of experience you remember. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Please consider putting your GF items in a TOALLY separate, sealed display area. Last time I was there the non gf were stacked above the GF gods. Make it make sense?

I loved the food. And the service... Was... Okay. I felt rushed. But it was busy. I hadn't been before and I felt like I was being judged for not knowing information.. I'm sure it was just a busy situation.. I hope anyway.
The food was delicious. The vibe... Meh... It's not that it's bad.. it's that it's sooo open and the shelves from the store part are an eye sore. Maybe some Japanese seperation walls or something would make the eat-in experience feel cozy.

Someone brought me cookies and brownies from this place and it was some of the best plant based baking I have ever had! I just couldn't believe how delicious everything was, thank goodness I live in New Westminster, or I would be there every day.
