We always stop here on our way from Kelowna to Vancouver. Has vegan grocery items as well as a made to order sandwich cafe. Also has a well stocked baked good selections for whatever mood your in. All vegan and equal amount of gluten free options.

This is definitely a favourite of mine. It’s only listed as a bakery on Happy Cow, but it is a great vegan cafe. Check out other menu in photo I posted. They also have a separate level in their bakery display that is gluten free.

This was an amazing surprise addition to our road trip. Very convenient from Hwy 1. Very good vegan pizza and burger plus some bread and baked goods to go. I will plan future trips with a stop at Sprouted Oven.

🌟 First Visit – Definitely Not the Last! 🌟 I stopped by Sprouted Oven for the first time and was so impressed! I was thrilled to find Caputo gluten-free flour—something I’ve been wanting to try for a while. I also picked up their gluten-free honey oat bread, which tastes amazing.
But the real standout? The berry scone. It was unlike any scone I’ve ever had—moist, packed with juicy berries, and bursting with flavor. Not dry or crumbly like most scones. Just perfect.
The girl at the counter was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s always a treat when great products are matched by great service.
One of my favorite places on earth! Yummy vegan food and excellent service!

Friendly staff, clean, well organized, delicious food, and brilliant esthetics. I was super pleased to see more vegan options with soft serve, milkshakes, teas and other delicious snacks.
My parents were visiting from London, UK and I made a specific point to come and visit Sprouted Oven. Hopefully thats an indicator of how I think this place is rated.

Used to love this place but food has gone downhill. The weekender rolls used to be fabulous but now they're much smaller with very little frosting. Worse, they're inconsistent. There will be medium sized ones and right next to them, some literally half the size. Also, so many items are gone like my favourite, raisin bran muffins.
The BEST breakfast bagel sandwich ever!!! 1000% satisfied! Chaga Chai to wash it down! Yummayyy!!! Sorry no photo... was gone before I thought of it lol
