My first visit to Sprouted Oven and oh, what a gem! I absolutely loved the place!!! It's a vegan dream come true. The owner seemed very kind and genuinely passionate - explains why the place is awesome! You get almost everything you want and it's delicious. I tried Chocolate Hazelnut milkshake, peanut butter cookie and s'mores cookies... they were all too good! Can't wait to come back to try the breakfast menu.
Vegan or not, I highly recommend this...

Whenever we come to Abbotsford, we always eat at the Sprouted Onion because we are vegan. This time we pre-ordered pizza for lunch: Garden Veggie, Hawaiian Chick'n, Thai Chick'n & Basil Pesto Panini. All were full of flavour and good hot from the oven, and we enjoyed the leftovers cold for supper just before we headed back home. The muffins we purchased for dessert were also good.

Amazing selection between both regular and gluten-free baked goods and breads. Great prices in the bakery.

Cool selection of drinks I look forward to trying.

I signed up with their rewards program and got a free loaf of bread so highly recommend joining the rewards.

Small dining area with some tables and chairs if youre looking to eat it.

Just found this place, and look forward to returning
