A great place to try healthy alternatives with a great selection of pastries. the staff are always welcome, no matter which time you come in.. even ten minutes before close :)

You will be shocked by how tasty the zucchini brownies are!

The protein wrap with just the veggies is the best pick me up.

The mushroom chai latte tastes just as good as regular one without the added benefits/“magic”

We always stop here on our way from Kelowna to Vancouver. Has vegan grocery items as well as a made to order sandwich cafe. Also has a well stocked baked good selections for whatever mood your in. All vegan and equal amount of gluten free options.
