This place is 100% plant-based, but you don’t need to adhere to that diet to enjoy the goodies here. Sprouted Oven’s baked goods, pizzas, and sandwiches give their animal-product counterparts a run for their money! But if you are vegan or veg-curious, it’s worth a day trip out to Abbotsford to try.

The only place I buy my beans!!!! Gotta buy organic only!!! Seriously!!! These guys are the only people I trust for my organics!!! Truth!!! Some beans don't even sprout at other places!!!!
