Went one afternoon right before closing, service was nice and they still had few products. The cinnamon buns are quite nice, the size is big and they are very filling, one would be enough for 2 people. They have various options, not very sweet but still it's a calories bomb. Would recommend
My boyfriend LOVES cinnamon buns and I love anything sweet and unique. Saw this place online and drove out all the way from Langley just to try something different. Not impressed at all. I got 2 - a peanut butter cup and a cream cheese. Ate the peanut butter one first. All that makes it peanut butter is the cream cheese flavoured icing sugar and one little peanut butter cup on top. No extra flavour inside the cinnamon bun. And it seemed dry and bland. The second one was the same! Just a dollop of cream cheese on top and a dry flavourless roll of dough. So sad. When i enjoy a good cinnamon bun there is always a buttery brown sugar and cinnamon layer in between every roll and the dough is thin and moist And gooey. These buns tasted like sweet bread rolled up with a glob of sweet cream cheese on top. Even look at my plate… where is the butter brown sugar gooey sauce that makes cinnamon buns are supposed to have?
They are absolutely amazing. Treat yourself 2 ,1 of these buns,
So yummy. Love the to try the different weekly sticky buns or an original with cream cheese icing. Always so good!
Wow. Cinnamon buns have improved since day 1 in Chilliwack. I tried the coffee cinnamon bun and it did not disappoint. The dough itself has coffee in it and the cream cheese icing is also coffee flavour. Had a very nice coffee taste. Soo good and sooo big. One is big enough to split.
Had a not so great experience during their opening days, so the owner went out of her way to message me and hook me up with some replacement buns!I can definitely say that the first time was just a bump in the road during opening, as the replacement buns were delicious, and we’re thankful for the excellent customer service provided. Will for sure be back!
Excellent quality, fresh, delicious cinnamon buns! They always surprise me with new flavours. The dough is sooooo good.
I heard they make their "butter" cream with margarine ? and the buns taste blandEdit: an employee (i believe she is a baker there) told me it is made with margarine because I had asked about the ingredients.
These cinnamon buns are amazing. We took a variety of 6, 2 cream cheese, one Nanaimo bar, one blueberry, one sticky toffee, and one peanut butter . The cream cheese one was amazing. I highly recommend coming here to get a great cinnamon bun. There are also many great other things to see near this location, if you are traveling a distance.
Ohhhhh my goodness. These are the biggest, best cinnamon buns around. The Nanaimo bar bun was great. I've ordered from them since they have opened and have never been disappointed. Nicely prepared cinnamon buns and friendly staff. The storefront is also very open and clean. I highly recommend checking them out!

Amazing buns and fabulous service! So many yummy flavors to choose from!
The Missus and I were roaming in Abbotsford and took the opportunity to visit SinAmen Bun Co. As someone who has consumed many different recipes of cinnamon buns, we throughly enjoyed the variety of buns that we had purchased for dessert at an evening dinner. They were all delicious and given the thumbs up. We understand the buns are made without preservatives but a little of microwaving the following day does softens them up.There seemed to be limited varieties at this location and we will check out the Chilliwack outlet next.
My partner and I have visited a few times, most recently this past Sunday. We generally go for the classic cinnamon bun and they always taste fresh (we are big fans of the cream cheese icing). The customer service has been a highlight for us as well, in particular from the guy that works there - he comes across as very friendly and genuine.
i’m not sure if it’s because i came at the end of the day or it’s just the quality but i’m very unsatisfied. i spent just over $11 on two buns and the peanut butter one was a 2/10. the icing tasted like peanut butter protein powder and had a overly whipped cream consistency. i could only taste the icing. it was incredibly over powering. the second one i got was a strawberry rhubarb. the bun was doughy like it was undercook but also somehow taste like it was three days old stale cinnamon buns. the frosting and filling was decent on this one but not enough to compensate 3/10.i feel like overall i’m disappointed in the buns as it was my first time trying them. the price point doesn’t at all match the quality. i understand that they will of course be best in the morning fresh, but at $11+ the quality shouldn’t depreciate this much by 3pm.I wouldn’t recommend to a friend:/. i was genuinely very excited and feel like i wouldn’t spend $1 on this product if it’s at the same quality and flavour composition.
WOAH! Just tried the Pizza bun today. My mind is blown! I hope you guys keep this on the menu permanently. Best pizza bun I’ve had in my life!!!Also, I really hope you figure out a way to do your famous hotdogs in Abbotsford! ;)
