Was having a great time with friends playing pool, great environment and the people are great. I went to the bar and the bartender Shiva charge me 24$ for a 9oz glass of red wine. I talked to her saying the price does not make sense, I went back to my table and then I checked the menu and it was listed different. When I confronted her she offered me money out of the till. This type of person should not be working here, it’s really unfortunate because me and my friends love this place but I don’t think we will return until she’s gone.

The best place for a cozy dinner in Abbotsford, the food is great, ambiance is pleasant !!! compared with all other pubs the drinks price are very very affordable and the cute bartender girl Siva was so kind throughout our dinner, suggested good drinks and explained their drinks specials, the service tempts us to visit more often.
Since i moved to Abbotsford, I recently visited sneakers and was served by Shiva, who was the bartender that evening. Her service was outstanding — she was polite, attentive, and made sure everything at our table was perfect. Shiva recommended some great drinks that were perfectly mixed, and specifically the sneakers martini was top-notch, the food was equally impressive — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Her friendly attitude and professional service really enhanced our experience. It’s always nice to be served by someone who genuinely enjoys their work. I’d definitely recommend this place, and especially commend Shiva for making the night enjoyable

So me and my friends were there tonight and we went to the bar to order a drink i ordered a double rye gingerale i paid the bartender on debit machine i just tapped it when i checked my bank statement i realized she had charged me 19.45 i didnt even tip on it so how is it i paid 19.45 for a double bar rye i ordered on from the server on the patio and it definitely wasnt 19.45 so what the hell is going on here you are allowing your bartender to steal from customers this is outrageous you really need to do some investigating cause this is not ok we will not be back its unfortunate because the gurls on the floor tonight were absolutely amazing and everyone else is being impacted by a thief of a bartender and you wonder why business is slow

The bartender, Shiva, at sneakers constantly is ripping people off to gain tips without hesitation. She will ring in two singles and say it’s the price of a double. Price difference of 8.75 plus tax compared to 15 dollars. I ordered three different double vodka water crans and each time came out to a different price. $15. 75, $15.10, $15.86. (The cents might be off, but each time was a different price, and I tipped 15% each time. I told her to show me the third time what she’s charging me, and she showed she’s charging two single cocktails) Her name is shiva and apparently this isn’t the first time she’s done this. Last time I was in I asked for a double and she gave me straight soda water and charged me 10.75 She gave me money back.

Was our favorite spot and our regular spot.... Vinnie and Shiva have taken over now and what a downfall in the past few weeks... portions are down service is rude when they won't speak to you in the same language and they are much slower to serve us compared to the amazing staff that has been here for years... our food was garbage I complained to Shiva and she's standing behind the bar tols me she doesn't work there and to call the regular business line next week and ask for Vinnie... the owner should be ashamed for the way things have gone
