My friend and I use the weight room underneath the bar, great weight room. After we finish working out, we liked going upstairs and playing some pool after. That was until we were rudely treated by a server named Jessica. We were told we weren’t allowed to play unless we got food and/or drinks. That was no problem, we said we would order some fries and some pop. This is when the attitude came in. She rudely told us that that we were in last night and told the same thing. We were never told this and we also did order food last time. After saying we’d order some and tried explaining the situation, she quickly shut it down and told us we were arguing. We decided to leave on a good note and said we didn’t want to cause any issues and we would leave. When we were leaving I explained to my friend that I know the owner and I’ll speak to him, so maybe we can play in the future. She overheard and gave us some more attitude. We asked her name and she declined to give it to me at first. We said goodnight and left.

Server Jessica was extremely rude and sassy, made our experience very unpleasant. Not coming back or recommending the spot to anyone until this staff member is terminated. Extremely unprofessional. No business should ever hire on such passive aggressive staff. Never had a problem at sneakers until we encountered jessica.

I had the wonton soup and it was bountiful just filled with all kinds of goodness. Service was prompt and attentive. It was clean and relatively busy for lunch time.

Love this place! It’s perfect for appies and drinks to catch up with friends. I had been introduced to Sneakers a couple years ago and so far it’s been very consistent with food and service. I’d have to say it’s my favourite spot for drinks! The drinks and appetizers are reasonably priced, and the deals are awesome. The staff are always very friendly here and I’ve yet to have one bad experience. For a sports bar, that’s a breath of fresh air!

5 stars for service! it was chaotic in there tonight but our server was great! i wish i caught her name, they need a bouncer of sorts in there on fight nights cause it’s rowdy! a situation happened and the two ladies handled it so well, props to them:)) steak bites were delicious
