I ordered two drinks, a customized drink for someone else and a simple Flat White with no foam. The customized drink was made wrong, and instead of fixing it, the barista lectured me about what I âshould have ordered.â
Then my own drink came out with foam, even though the order clearly indicated no foam. At that point I had a firm, upset tone, but I still said, âCan you please fix it?â .. no swearing, no yelling.
Instead of just remaking the drink, the barista told me that if I âtalked like that,â they wouldnât serve me. I was shocked. Both drinks were wrong, and I simply asked for them to be corrected.
I did nothing except ask for my drink to be made properly. This was extremely unprofessional and completely unnecessary. Starbucks has gone really downhill. We both ended up drinking a few sips of the drink and threw it in the trash.
Itâs disappointing that I get better consistency and customer service from a simple McDonaldâs coffee than from a company that positions itself as high-end.

Emily at Starbucks is truly a gem! Every time my mom and I visit, thereâs always a warm smile and a kind word waiting. Itâs clear that Emily genuinely cares about every customer and goes out of the way to make sure each drink and experience is perfect. Kindness like that is rare and really makes our day brighter. I went in this morning to grab some egg white egg bites before I started work. When I was eating them I tasted really strong mold and looked down and realized I was eating a clump of mold. I went back to the Starbucks with picture evidence and told the worker (tall skinny young man with long brown hair and glasses) about it and he simply responded with âso you didnât bring it in?â And I said no but I took a photo and he started at it blankly for around a minute and then he responded with âokay??â It was the rudest encounter I have been in especially for Starbucks. I had high hopes for you guys. Do better. Fire this guy.
the new asian manager with the bob cut is extremely rude and condescending, wonât even let me complete my sentence. honestly donât know if it was because of my skin color or just plain arrogance, but do better. youâre a customer oriented business, listen to the customer instead of interfering. if you wanna go to starbucks, i recommend the old yale location!
Staff was too rude. They didn't even listen to me and gave me wrong order. There was one old lady she was very rude. I won't recommend anyone to go there. Worst staff and service.
I went to the Sevenoaks Starbucks to order Belgian waffle and flat white. It was a bit too late (30 min before closing) so the Owen was off and they did not warm up the waffle. It tasted amazing anyway, and the employee that took my order was very nice and lenient about it. Thank you.
