worst starbucks ever. Worst customer service. The female who work there is always rude. She would intentionally mess up your order. She look at you like she hates you to the core. Worst experience. Ruined my day and coffee experience. Will never go to that save on foods again. I talked about it to my other friends its crazy everybody had the same bad experience.

I ordered the iced lavender cream oat matcha latte, poorly crafted, no request followed, no taste, I had the same drink at different stores n the taste was amazing and this store runied my taste for the drink.I was really clear about very light ice still the barista added a full scoop. On asking her to remove the ice cubes, the drink size dropped from a venti to grande.

We went to this location twice last weekend, and we had the BEST customer service! I apologize because didn't get the person's name, but they were working Feb24 and 25 2024 at about 8am. They were blonde I believeThey were bubbly and engaging and an absolute pleasure! She was even excited for our Disney store outing and remembered us the next day! They made our day better and brighter!

Honestly the service from the Starbucks employees were good. It was one save on staff ,who had her somewhat consumed starbuck drink, who decided to warm her drink up with the steam frother right b4 mine being made. Pretty sure thats not a food safe thing to do, nor a Starbucks policy.

App pick up orders have ruined Starbucks. Dropping in to pick up a quick coffee and a snack- expect a long wait if you don’t preorder.Staff is jumpin and doing their best but is old timers that walk in and plan to have a seat for a chat are back of the line as the staff works hard to make the many, many orders for the drive through and app preorder pick up that constantly flow through.The robots are coming..
Parking: 12 spots too and half are likely taken by the staff on duty as the adjacent lots are reserved. Not a good coffee shop location.
