I ordered the iced lavender cream oat matcha latte, poorly crafted, no request followed, no taste, I had the same drink at different stores n the taste was amazing and this store runied my taste for the drink.I was really clear about very light ice still the barista added a full scoop. On asking her to remove the ice cubes, the drink size dropped from a venti to grande.

We went to this location twice last weekend, and we had the BEST customer service! I apologize because didn't get the person's name, but they were working Feb24 and 25 2024 at about 8am. They were blonde I believeThey were bubbly and engaging and an absolute pleasure! She was even excited for our Disney store outing and remembered us the next day! They made our day better and brighter!
