I just wanted to say I’m a Starbucks lover, but this year the holiday drinks were absolutely disgusting I don’t know why they got rid of the eggnog latte I tried the sugar cookie one the oat pecan , oat eggnog Honestly tasted undrinkable A waste of money they all had a strange taste to them which I kind of expected with the oat milk, they all tasted off Honestly, just stick to your regular Starbucks drink other than that, the service at this Starbucks is great. They’re always fast and they always make my regular drink order delicious. !!

I was very disappointed with my service today. I ordered a Venti Green Tea Lemonade with light ice. Doesn't taste like there is any lemonade, and the drink is mostly ice! Come on, starbucks! We are paying for quality, not lazy service.

Very disappointed with the service at this location. The Barista on the shift was beyond rude...a simple request to put coffee in 2 cups was apparently too much to ask. I could see the coffee was not even made yet and all the Barista had to to do was put in 2 cups instead of 1...but nope. Very strange behavior. The cup was messy and she didn't even have the courtesy to clean the syrup dripping from the edge...one of the worst customer experience!

This location takes so long, I have been to many Starbucks but this one absolutely takes the cake for longest drive thru wait. Plan ahead if you’re going to come here!!

Had a terrible experience with Barb at the drive through this morning!!! First off the drive through took over 20 mins. Then I saw my drinks being handed into the car in front of me. Since it wasn’t their drinks they handed them back. When I approached the window I asked if my drinks have been inside the car infront of me and the drive through lady (Barb) said yes. I told her that isn’t hygienic as I don’t know if they touched the mouth piece or had taken a sip and asked if she could replace it. Instead of apologizing she stated “I cleaned it with a rag”. By this point I was shocked and irritated after waiting so long In the line and asked if a new one could be made which she declined stating she would just switch the cups. I told her that this wasn’t very good customer service and she closed the window and took another persons order. Terrible customer service!!!!

This was a drive-thru visit, I was so indecisive at the time, so I asked the girl working the window to pick something for me that was delicious and frozen. So she chose a strawberry creamer, i think. It was fabulous! Thank you so much! Great service and great choices!

Honestly, as someone who worked at Starbucks, I'm quite disappointed with the amount of times I've received a coffee with soooo many grounds at the bottom of the cup as this store. Also, when a request is put in to have no foam, that means no foam. It becomes very frustrating when you spend a significant amount of money for a coffee and it's not made properly or to the standard of a customer. I am not one of those Karen's who complains all the time - because I've been a barista before, so I understand during peak times, things happen. But it has gotten to a point where it isn't a mistake that is being fixed. I was taught a way to properly aerate oat & almond milk so that a barista is able to give the customer what they as for. So if this can be implemented into training, I guarantee you will be getting a more positive response.

We encountered a super disrespectful interaction with Tatiana around 6:30pm on Aug 10th who gave us our drink we kindly told her it was the wrong size as we repeated our order 3 times and again used our points at the cash register and said we wanted to use it on the ‘Venti’ Iced caramel macchiato. She rudely told us that we paid for a grande “well you paid for a grande so I’m going to have to remake this drink” I guess the person taking the order at the cash register put in the wrong size. We explained this to her that we used our points and she kept saying “well I didn’t take your order” and that was completely fine we explained that we wanted the venti she was very dismissive and rude toned and she came back with pretty much all milk in a venti cup. Points wasted and bad service. This is why we never tip before. Mind you there was us and another car in the drive thru and the two girls working there seemed pretty distracted which is why there may have been miscommunication not a big deal but don’t start getting mad at customers if you make the mistake. I had to write a review because if I don’t then that person can continue getting away with their bad attitude and work ethic

I ordered Double Chocolaty Chip Crème Frappuccino but it tasted a bit like a Banana drink, and the cream on top was melting a bit.
