The worst. Ruined the Dark Sky Preserve nearby. They only put up this location to profit off of the lovely people wanting to stargaze and not all the stupid light pollution from this cafe has robbed the beautiful dark sky. I’m never supporting this company again.

I asked for a remake of my drink, just too much milk, and they proceeded to add more milk than the previous drink, not impressed, don’t recommend, terrible service. The man running the till was very nice, the lady remaking it, was rude and obnoxious, not going back there again lol.

I haven't been to Starbucks in a while, and while an Eggy at MackyDs sounded better, i went with the group concensus to do the 'bux instead. It was good. Adquate. Did the job, i guess. Kind of the whole point is it's reliably Mid, but it's also Starbucks, so it's far from extraordinary, and that's the unspoken expectation.

Felt like going to Tim Hortons with Starbucks written on the building.
Ordered an iced latte with no ice coz I did not want my coffee to be watered down, got a quarter empty cup. When I politely asked the female manager at the window, she goes, “That’s our policy — we leave room for the ice.” Cool… so I paid for air? Next time I’ll just order air with a splash of latte and save us all the trouble.
Moreover, when searched online, there is no such policy and the beverage was supposed to be filled with milk.
I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for years, but this experience left a bad taste. I hope Starbucks trains staff to handle these situations with a bit more flexibility and common sense.
