I was walking in with a group of friends at 8:27 to order a drink before closing and they were serving customers as we walked in. The male employee told us we cannot be served because they are closed and he is not making anymore although he helped two people infront of us. We left the store in disbelief due to being shocked that its wasn’t busy and everyone had been served. Do not recommend going here since they have no respect of hours of operations and are too lazy to help a customer.

It's located on the main floor of the hospital, so the food/drink is great, and they do their best to get things out as fast as possible, but the nurses/doctors/other workers lined up together with other customers can get really long, like over 30 people, so if you don't have patience at those times this is not the Starbies for you!

I normally love ordering from here, I get a coffee and breakfast sandwhich from this store almost everyday. But lately the presentation of the food has been terrible. This is how I got my sandwhich today and just lost my appetite completely. You guys can definitely do better. Service is always great though.

Vivi one of the best and most helpful employee here at this location who helped me two days ago when full glass of water fell down on me when I was picking up my coffee by the drive-through. . She helped me and gave me napkins and towel as well . God bless her .

The service is very poor on this location I ordered for the first time two grande chai tea and 1 venti chocolate covered strawberry frap. When I waited for my ordered they said we charge you for only one chai tea I thought it’s common mistake and thought nothing of it and then I paid second time but when I saw cold drinks she gave me grande size & when I asked them you guys charged me for venti then they responded by saying we are super busy and they did not apologize for it. What type of answer is we are super busy we forgot & they showed me attitude instead of apologizing for making a wrong order.
Drinks are great hot and cold, the only downside is some of the breakfast items seem to be microwaved which does not work well for items with bread. The customer service is top notch their team is well trained and knows how to make conversation and make customers feel welcome.
