Very frustrated to the fact that the espresso machines have been down for 10 days or more . This is a very highly populated establishment due to being a hospital. Most Workers ( Doctors,nurses. Technicians , porters. Housekeeping and food services that work long gruelling hours depend on having a place to get a drink to keep you going through your hard days . Not to mention patients and visitors . It is not the employees fault at all but Starbucks themselves need to be better at fixing what needs fixing so that employees aren’t being attacked verbally by people that are frustrated and angry. Come on STARBUCKS do better .

Went in on a Sunday to order 2 drinks. Both employees seemed hung over and slow. Took forever to make 2 drinks and it wasn't busy. They messed up my order. To be fair I should have told them to remake it but I was more focused on my sick family member at the hospital. This is the first negative experience I've ever had at a Starbucks.

Very slow for a Starbucks. I had a Bacon Gouda Sandwich and it was still cold in the middle. If you are going to sell overpriced heat and serve, don't forget to heat it please.

I have ordered there through the week. I have spend at the hospital and they have messed up my drink twice and they charged me $18 for 2 drinks that cost only $13! And they “didn’t” charge me for my grilled cheese which would have made my order $18! Not great service and not great communication.

About a month ago my wife was in the ER for morning sickness and couldn't keep down fluids. I went to the starbucks and ordered a Venti drink and very politely asked for a cup of water which was very warmly received by the cashier. The party in front of me also ordered water, and they ended up taking an extra cup of water meant for me. When I asked again to the serving worker about the water, and specified I would like if it could be in a large cup instead of small, he gave me the worst snide look and did not respond to me when I thanked him after leaving. I mean, I'll pay for water too. Wish I was paying for it because at least I wouldn't have been treated like a beggar.

Totally disorganized - if you are in a hurry, the staff certainly are not. And no one controlling the line up. A shambles. At a hospital, should be more professionally operated. No sign of a manager or anyone keeping it together.

When you need a coffee and can’t get one, zero stars.

Beautiful store front in Abby hospital. But zero nutrition or allergie boards. Staff is unaware of these and they are not trained or provided by starbucks this information. Maybe not the best coffee shop choice for a hospital. June 4th 2024 11am shift.

Dietary restrictions: Terrible product knowledge. No awareness of nutritional facts or allergies.

Worst location I've ever visited. Prices higher than normal locations. Extra Coconut milk was nearly $1 more when free at other locations for a Cold Brew. Logic was lost when I said no milk.... frustrating when you wait 20 minutes for a coffee to find out they are serving EVERYONE pour over coffee... not able to mobile order at a hospital making sick or other ones wait longer for a basic service. ? where is the corporate logic to this? Very unfortunate.

The beverage and snack fridge was poorly stocked. The gentleman in from of me needed water and the employee said “there’s some down there” but there wasn’t so he left. I was shorted a dollar in my change and had to ask for it. My coffee was extremely wea but I didn’t notice until I was upstairs at my hour long appointment. I asked for a replacement after my appointment and it was just as disappointing. I couldn’t drink it because essentially it tasted closer to warm water than coffee.

My wife bought a large dark roast and it was very weak, so I took it back and they poured another one and it was weak too, normally Starbucks has good strong coffee but not here, if I had more time I should have just got my money back, if you like strong dark roast don’t order from here.
