I come to this location regularly and I’m usually in a rush, but my drinks are made incorrectly almost every time. Today I ordered a sugar free vanilla protein latte, and it was prepared like a matcha drink even though the label clearly shows no matcha in the order. This is a repeated issue and it’s frustrating when accuracy should be straightforward.

This starbucks is so so slow, its almost painful to stand there waiting for drinks. Drive-through is priority, its not like customers taht visit inside do not pay..lol? Our time is as valuable...just sayin!

Having come from one of the coffee capitals of the world, Wellington NZ, I have unrealistic expectations of coffee I have learnt. For what I have found since being here consistency is good at this particular Starbucks and the staff are great.
Come threw almost every day. Same drink. Greeting as I walk in. Drink is always made the same so quality and consistency is great. Athena is great Barista! Great working atmosphere.

Barrista super friendly and attentive, even offered to replace my custom orderes macchiato if I didn't like it (I ordered with coconut milk, I don't recommend it!)
Even though I braved it and drank the darn thing with great difficulty, the blame is on me for being stubborn and not listening to the hints by the friendly Barrista. I'll be going there again!

Never get my order right, its not complicated. Add cream, add extra foam, and have light ice. Teach the staff how to read a sticker please. An $8 cup of coffee, I should be leaving with it made correctly. No other starbucks messes it up this many times. Go anywhere else until they get more training.
