Rude customer service and felt like they chose to delay service and fufil order, because of no tip.
Never get my order right, its not complicated. Add cream, add extra foam, and have light ice. Teach the staff how to read a sticker please. An $8 cup of coffee, I should be leaving with it made correctly. No other starbucks messes it up this many times. Go anywhere else until they get more training.
Had a terrible experience. They made a mistake on my order and tried to gaslight me and coerce me into taking it anyway. When I refused they basically told me that they’ll remake it but I had to go park somewhere in the parking lot. I already waited 8 minutes in the drive thru before that so they could make and hand-out 6 drinks to the car in the front- I didn’t see them tell those people to park somewhere else. The person who took my order repeated it back to me at the order window. It was correct. I felt like I was being punished because they forgot to push a button.
Ordered an iced chai tea latte and got a cup of almond milk & syrup..
I ordered two drinks and the staff not done nicely. Very bad experience and i wait so long.
Unfortunately, the coffee we ordered was burnt and of very poor quality — all three drinks. On top of that, the service was disappointing and unfriendly. Not the experience we expect from Starbucks.
So I ordered two drinks at this location and one was done nicely whereas other one was not . Whoever made the drink did not care to read modifications that said light ice . That was really disappointing as the half of cup was filled with ice .
They are guaranteed to mess up your order. They made me the wrong drink 2 days in a row. If you go through the drive-through, don't leave untill you have checked EVERY single item. Absoloutely pathetic. TERRIBLE location.

I felt the drive through was beyond rude today. I come alllllll the time. I ordered 2 lunches today and treats for my kids and coffee. After paying for my food and drinks. The lady at the drive through kept handing me my items 1 by 1. I asked am I allowed a bag to put it all in? She was like yes that's totally fine. Then another woman came over and demanded her to tell me that she's charging me 30 cents for a bag. As I am now passing her everything back through the window. It was so rude, it was beyond out of line and for spending as much as I did I was extremely upset. Regardless I had to make another transaction for the bag to hold all the lunch items and treats.

My experience in this particular Starbucks was always 5/5 but today one worker lowered my experience here. It wasn’t busy, but threw the straw and I feel awful. I went there at Sat Sep 7th and I think she mainly works in the drive thru.
