They are guaranteed to mess up your order. They made me the wrong drink 2 days in a row. If you go through the drive-through, don't leave untill you have checked EVERY single item. Absoloutely pathetic. TERRIBLE location.

I felt the drive through was beyond rude today. I come alllllll the time. I ordered 2 lunches today and treats for my kids and coffee. After paying for my food and drinks. The lady at the drive through kept handing me my items 1 by 1. I asked am I allowed a bag to put it all in? She was like yes that's totally fine. Then another woman came over and demanded her to tell me that she's charging me 30 cents for a bag. As I am now passing her everything back through the window. It was so rude, it was beyond out of line and for spending as much as I did I was extremely upset. Regardless I had to make another transaction for the bag to hold all the lunch items and treats.

My experience in this particular Starbucks was always 5/5 but today one worker lowered my experience here. It wasn’t busy, but threw the straw and I feel awful. I went there at Sat Sep 7th and I think she mainly works in the drive thru.

I'm there at least 2-3×s a week for their egg wrap, mocha frap, no problems with the staff, but what I don't get is1) why aren't their tables wiped down at all, if it's dirty we wipe it so we can sit there the garbage goes on to the floor (not swiped).Not very Hygiene2) There are people sitting at the table with their laptops not eating nor drinking instead they use the place for their internet, etc..... which means people that wants to eat there they can't......(there should be a time limit), not enough seating area to allow the "internet/hang out usage without purchases.Needs (alot) of improvements & limits of seating time.

I've come to this location a few times now. The staff in the drive thru are always very nice, respectable and friendly! Today the drive thru was a little busier then usual thus there was a bit of a longer wait... as I came to the window to get my order, I was greated by a lovely women who handed me my order and said sorry for the inconvenience and long wait, your order is on the house! I was blown away by this and it made my day! It's not often that you have such experiences these days. If you're in the area stop here and get any of their delicious beverages, snacks and treats!

The barista's lack of knowledge completely ruined my camping trip. I had bought a pack of Komodo Dragon dark roast coffee and a new 6-cup percolator for making regular coffee. Since it was my first time using a percolator, I asked the barista if it was suitable for regular coffee and what grind he would recommend. He seemed annoyed and disappeared briefly, returning with a grind that was too fine—it looked like dust. In hindsight, the smirk he had when handing it back to me suggested he knew it was wrong. Guess they saw me coming. Unaware at the time that this was incorrect, I proceeded with my camping trip. It wasn't until I brewed my first pot and found the coffee to be disgustingly muddy and undrinkable that I realized the mistake. The percolator’s instructions called for a coarse grind, not the fine dust I was given. I had invested in this new coffee maker and packed everything for the trip, only to end up with unusable coffee. Additionally, I spent $20 on coffee that I can't use. Since I'm not from Abbotsford, returning to the store to complain would also cost me extra in gas.

This makes a really refreshing spring dessert and the color is so pretty. I think this drink does the best job of showcasing the lavender flavor. A shout-out to the Barista, he knew what he was doing and then he accommodated my request. ??

Got a drink today that was filled all the way to the top with ice and the drink part barely went 3/4 of the way. Took me like 4 sips to finish a venti. This has happened a few times to me before and only at this location so I feel like that's not standard practice. Rather not spend 7$ on almost straight ice. Still giving 5 stars because I don't want to be mean but pleasseeee just fill my cup up all the way I beg you
