Starbucks

Ordered a mozza sundried tomato sandwich and a caramel macchiato.
Coffee gets a 5/5. Excellent. Sandwich gets a big old zero. 1/2” of green sauce. Cheese was melted into a liquid and absorbed by the bun. A total of two cherry tomatoes cut in half. Gross. I saved it for the crows and they wouldn’t eat it either.

The cashier was very rude and without patience, she did my drink wrong, but the other girl was more friendly. The drink was ok, not the best I will not come back in that place, if you pay that much and have bad service is not worth it

Great Staff and hospitality.

Drinks are always on point. However, at this location one of the staff was a little rude when I just tried to make a little small talk/joke about the pumpkin spice. I'm not upset it's out already, just wanted to joke about it. She told me to "write a letter about it." I just won't go back to this location.

staff is friendly. Manager is exceptionally rude. she messes up and puts the blame on her staff. She's also really rude to customers.

This used to be my go to Starbucks until they started charging and extra 43 cents to top my drink up with water. The manager Georgia insists it’s policy, one staff member was actually understanding and good at her job that doesn’t change the fact the manager and other staff were rude and incompetent.

They said it’s just 43 cents and that’s exactly my point, why do you need 43 cents extra to top up my drink with water lol
