Girls at front desk were so sweet and helpful I took doordash order but when I was going back the coffee split in my car. I went back and asked for the order again they gave me immediately and without asking any extra charge

I’ve been there several times, and there’s always an issue with my order. They really need to upgrade their speaker system—customers shouldn’t have to shout at the machine just to be heard. They even got my iced drink order wrong and made it hot. It’s very frustrating, and I won’t be going back.

I stopped by this location yesterday October 17th around 1115am to order drinks. I pull up to the window and the lady is sticking the machine out telling me my total as I’m trying to get her to scan my Starbucks app “oh you have one of those” made it look like she scanned it, even asked for a TIP!! Well I open my app today only to see it was NOT scanned. Took a lot longer than it normally should have for my drinks aswell.

The manager they have on staff Anna is rude as ever. i spend a lot at starbucks and was redeeming my points for a drink when i asked if it could be remade( after fixing it once already) she rolled her eyes at me and insisted the drink was correct. I then went inside and Ross fixed my drink and was super polite only reason i gave this location 3 stars. thank you ross.
The day I was there the staff were totally incompetent and rude. It was totally antithetical to the Starbucks ethos- zero warmth and friendliness whatsoever. Sorry if this is harsh, but it was one of those experiences that leaves you feeling deflated. Maybe it was just an off day, but probably won’t go back to this location.
