my friend suggested me to try cinnamon dolce latte, i loved it. Today I decided to go to starbucks and have it, first time in starbucks, they served me the wrong coffee, I realized it after reaching home,which turned cold by the time I was home, which took me about 2 mins. Really disappointed

Just stopped in to get a hot matcha latte and it tastes like watered-down milk. My roommate with me was a barista at starbucks and tried it and also confirmed the milk taste. So gross and feels like a waste to spend money on a drink I won’t be drinking. I think it might not have been mixed properly? Clumps or something, happens, but going to another coffee shop to get a new one.

Just went through the drive through and picked up an Americano misto when I took the first sip tepid would be my best description the drink was barely warm and tastes like old coffee- very disappointing but on the highway and not turning back
I always forgot Starbucks has food. This is not a good place to go if you want a Wendy's iced coffee.

Girls at front desk were so sweet and helpful I took doordash order but when I was going back the coffee split in my car. I went back and asked for the order again they gave me immediately and without asking any extra charge

I’ve been there several times, and there’s always an issue with my order. They really need to upgrade their speaker system—customers shouldn’t have to shout at the machine just to be heard. They even got my iced drink order wrong and made it hot. It’s very frustrating, and I won’t be going back.
It’s good, nothing better then hearing good morning from the workers at Starbucks especially when your feeling down, it so nice 😌🩷
