Starbucks

I’m a regular Starbucks customer and spend around $50 a week on average. I used to order very customized drinks here, but because they were constantly made wrong, I switched to something simple and standard ..a Flat White with no foam.

Even with such a basic drink, the consistency is still a major issue. Some days it tastes normal, but most days it tastes sour, burnt, watered down, or just “off.” The taste genuinely changes every single time, and it’s been an ongoing problem for months.

The no foam request is also missed far too often, even though it’s extremely simple. (I’ve even attached a photo/video showing a drink that was only about 70% full, with the entire top portion made up of foam.)

On top of that, the customer service is a huge hit or miss .. and honestly more miss than hit. Some staff are kind, but many interactions feel rushed, dismissive, or irritated, even when I’m just picking up a mobile order. The tone is inconsistent, just like the drinks.

I don’t always have time to go back and complain, but after months of the same issues, it’s clearly a pattern. As a regular customer, I expect basic consistency and reliable service. This location really needs improvement.

I visited this Starbucks today, and the female barista making the drinks didn’t say a single word.

There was an Asian mother and daughter in front of me who had ordered before I did, and she didn’t say anything to them either, so they had to walk up and grab their drinks themselves.

I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, if her throat hurt from calling out too many orders before I arrived, or if she just feels uncomfortable around people of color — I have no way of knowing.

But still, if you’re at work, please do your job properly.

If you don’t want to talk, then don’t work in a job where communication is required. Your attitude today really left a bad impression of this Starbucks location.

Placed my order via drive through said please and thanks, girl behind the mic had an attitude problem and purposefully gave me the wrong drinks after I gave her a taste of her own medicine. Snowflakes lol. Won’t be going back.

It’s good, nothing better then hearing good morning from the workers at Starbucks especially when your feeling down, it so nice 😌🩷

my friend suggested me to try cinnamon dolce latte, i loved it. Today I decided to go to starbucks and have it, first time in starbucks, they served me the wrong coffee, I realized it after reaching home,which turned cold by the time I was home, which took me about 2 mins. Really disappointed

Just stopped in to get a hot matcha latte and it tastes like watered-down milk. My roommate with me was a barista at starbucks and tried it and also confirmed the milk taste. So gross and feels like a waste to spend money on a drink I won’t be drinking. I think it might not have been mixed properly? Clumps or something, happens, but going to another coffee shop to get a new one.

Just went through the drive through and picked up an Americano misto when I took the first sip tepid would be my best description the drink was barely warm and tastes like old coffee- very disappointing but on the highway and not turning back
