The baristas at this location gave everyone they encountered in store a scowl. I ordered a basic black drip coffee & was told it would be a five minute wait. Didn’t end up getting my beverage for 10 minutes & that was after I went up to the counter to ask. The coffee was not freshly brewed, it was stale & cold after only adding a bit of half/half. I was offended an Americano as a replacement that was scalding hot. This experience was very disappointing. Pass on this location.

Ordered an Americano with room as well as an Americano misto. Both were watered down and flavourless. Dumped ‘em. If it hadn’t been a DoorDash order, I would’ve returned them and complained.

I had only had about 2 sips before my 7 month old baby knocked my drink all over the floor. The barista’s were super kind about it with helping clean it up and made me a new drink. Grateful for their kindness and help!

Worst Starbucks I've ever visited! We were there for about 30 min just to order and get 2 coffees. The self service station was empty (no sugar, straws, stirring sticks, sleeves, etc), and the barista looked annoyed when I asked her for honey and a sleeve, she even threw the sleeve at me, how dare I ask for something?...
Starbucks in general needs more plant based options.

The price is a bit high compared to other franchise coffee shops, but free refills are a very attractive option. And definitely, strong, high-quality coffee is provided. You can choose the Trenta size for iced tea and iced coffee.

This Starbucks is on the smaller size when it comes to the cafe, but it’s always nice to go there because it just means that the lovely baristas remember you and your order whenever you desire a refill. Lovely staff

Cuz this seemingly miserable blonde appeared to be so bothered that I (kindly with a smile on my face) pointed out there was no strawberry purée around my frapp cup and I had actually even ordered it with extra lol. It was super pale pink so I could tell it’s not as if it was blended in. It was a quick though reluctant fix and I hope her day got better. **assuming they haven’t changed the way they make fraps cuz the pics still show the strawberry puree**
