This is not the place to go if you are looking to watch basketball games while enjoying your food. The server doesn't let us watch a basketball game as she thinks ALL customers are watching hockey when there are other TVs showing something else. In contrast, there are only 2-4 customers who care about watching hockey while the rest are socializing with each other

Amazing staff, very friendly and always served with a smile. Great atmosphere for watching canucks games . .
-Friday & Saturday prime rib is highly recommended , better than the keg at much cheaper cost....
-Wing night Wednesday is always a hit with delicious flavors to choose from.
-surf n turf Thursdays pairs well with music bingo night.
- Friday karaokie is a big success
- pool table is getting an upgrade soon and the big events room is outstanding for large parties.

- overall great experiance every time I go to this pub , good food , great staff , good vibes, good times.

Kate is the worst server. How is she still there?! I’ve avoided this place for 2 years and unfortunately went back because of her. Used to be a go to place. Thankfully the fox is close by with amazing servers!

I recently attended a company year end/ Christmas party at this place. The place I work for booked the function room. We have had our staff party/dinner at this location two years in a row - this was our third visit. Previous times were great, they cared. This time not so much. How standards have dropped! The plan was to have starter platters and then a selection of main courses with desserts. The starter platters were tiny and barely sufficient for the amount of people (literally half the size of the last few years). Most of us commented on how poorly they were presented and how little variety they contained - its almost like the kitchen had no idea on how to make or present starters. The main courses were below mediocre and the service was very slow (serving staff should ideally not smell of tobacco/weed) . No music was available (because the hockey game was on) - one would assume that they would have a separate music system in a function room. When the meal was over, service vanished and then we were asked when we are leaving as they had other restaurant customers who wanted to use the room (seems as if the torn pool table was a key attraction). Not a great experience. Average cost to the company was around $70 a head for this staff function.

Food over priced for quality. Portions getting smaller and everything and I mean everything extra. From dipping sauce to salad dressing, horseradish. Surprised ketchup isn't in there. SHP, you are doing yourself a disservice if you keep this up.

Horrible experience, we order our food at 530pm waited an hour , tried to ask our waitress Kalyn I believe her name was, how much longer for our food, she told us the kitchen is busy so we waited another hour, after waiting almost 4 hours for our food we never got it. So we left. We watched so many tables come and go, they got there food but we didn’t. We were really nice every time we asked about our order & she was so rude to us, once we asked for the bill and to cancel the food we have been waiting for , she rolled her eyes at us and walked away mid conversation when we tried to explain how to split the bills. I’ve never in my life have had an experience like this. So many other servers apologized when they realized we never got our food, but our waitress Kalyn didn’t apologize, overall her whole attitude was not appropriate. I’ve never been so disappointed in the station.
