Worst subway I have ever been too, customer service is one of the worst i have ever seen. Highly recommend avoiding unless you want to support such a disgusting environment. Someone also needs to call health Canada to inspect this disgusting place.

I ordered a veggie sub and expected the veggie patty, but they were out of it and didn’t even bother to mention it. They just made the sandwich with only vegetables. Very disappointing — transparency matters, customers should be informed when an item isn’t available.

I went there today and had a really bad experience. The girl working there was treating other customers politely, smiling at them, and offering drinks and other items as they usually do. However, when it was my turn, she was very rude. She didn’t offer me anything and just told me to pay. It felt very disrespectful, especially because her behavior clearly changed depending on the customer. I don’t think it’s fair to treat people differently based on their appearance or personality.

I just visited this place, and it seems like the manager doesn’t supervise the staff at all. The two Indian women working here were extremely rude. Their long nails were off-putting, and they kept cutting me off while I was ordering, only talking over me. They were literally throwing the bread and tossing the ingredients in. Don’t go here.

I often go to Subway to get a sandwich during my break, and every time I'm given a poorly made sandwich that's very messy. The staff doesn't listen carefully at all. I always get my sandwich in the morning around 11 am and the same girl always makes my order everyday. Today was no different - I got my order and it was very messy. I even asked for mayo to be added, but it wasn't. I don't want this kind of service.
