Came in around 8 PM and was greeted by a super sweet girl who didn’t have a name badge like other Subway employees, that’s why I don’t know her name. She had just mopped, and I stepped on the wet floor by mistake but she just smiled and kindly warned me to be careful. No attitude at all! She made my sub with such a calm, happy vibe. Amazing service and such a positive energy. she truly made my night (:

I visited Subway in the evening for my night meal, and I had such a great experience! The girl who was working there made my sandwich with a big smile on her face, and her positive attitude really made my day. She gave me the best customer service — kind, quick, and respectful. What I appreciated the most was that she treated everyone with the same smile and kindness, no matter how busy it was. That kind of energy is rare and truly makes a difference. Thank you for the great service!

Bought a footlong and broccoli soup and the soup tastes sour and not edible. I called and the staff is laughing saying “sorry i ruin your meal” while laughing. I’ve been ordering same items as i work close that place but this time its not good. There is also a sweep on the floor with dirts around it where we stand to pay. Staff did not even bother moving it

Best way to order is through the APP so you can show up and it's done. **At this location specifically,*** the sandwiches are ACTUALLY FRESH and delicious EVERY TIME. Tried every Subway in Abbotsford and I'll go out of my way to go to this one every time... especially considering subways crazy pricing these days, you don't want to pay for a spoiled and dry bread sub like some other Subways in the city.

The Last 2 times I have visited this location the service has not been good. The Debit went down and the Employee asked if the customer behind me would pay cash for my meal and I e transfer him money........ Unheard of.

I was here this morning about 8:30ish. The woman who served us was so unfriendly, didn't smile once, and talked to me even more rude. When she made our subs she was literally throwing it together. I will not go back to this location. So lady you seriously need to work on your customer service skills.

This place used to be our go to place. But the past couple of weekends I've had issues with a girl who works there. She made my sandwiches wrong AGAIN this time I brought them back and asked her to redo them but she wanted me to pay for them again. When I said no she started yelling horrible thi gs about me to other customers who were sitting there minding their own business, I was so upset when I left . There's no reason to talk to management because the last time we had an issue with the employee management did nothing. Never will I go back to that subway by 5 corners. Customers beware

Ok subway is subway cause yuh can add and eat wtever uh want. But one star is only how i was treated differently by brown girl with small height (11am) working there. I ordered day before yesterday and ask her for veggie sub and she did not take my order properly and when i confronted her she rolled her eyes on me and said i can’t do that. I was getting late and accepted it. I did not wanted to ruin her job by complaining. But today i felt really bad . She greeted, smile and ask my frn about health who is white but when it was my turn she was completely off. I felt discriminated. Better teach her customer service.

I was really excited to try the rice bowl, so I got the steak and avocado. The guy at the counter was amazing, though after I left, I realized he didn't give me my avocado! (I got the steak and avocado) I turned around and went back to get my avocado. I thought it was an actual avocado, but it was just a little scoop of the guacamole! So I went home to eat it, and after mixing it all together, when I bit into it, the rice was WAY undercooked!!!! This was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, because it was inedible!!!! For the price we're paying for 1 of these bowls, PLEASE FULLY COOK THE RICE!!! Needless to say, I had added my own avocado, and had to pick out things 1 by 1, to be able to eat it. What an absolute waste of money!!!!

Absolute WORST service I have gotten from subway. Jagmeet, the manager was beyond unprofessional. They made 2 other people’s orders while I was sitting there waiting for mine. Letting them know how long I have been waiting. Her and Jasmeen (the other employee) then proceeded to yell at me and tell me I can wait. I kindly asked for a refund of my food and that I’d go elsewhere. This place was FILTHY when I walked in, and the service was terrible. definitely look at going to another subway if I were anybody else!
