I will not go back to this location. So lady you seriously need to work on your customer service skills.

This place used to be our go to place. But the past couple of weekends I've had issues with a girl who works there. She made my sandwiches wrong AGAIN this time I brought them back and asked her to redo them but she wanted me to pay for them again. When I said no she started yelling horrible thi gs about me to other customers who were sitting there minding their own business, I was so upset when I left . There's no reason to talk to management because the last time we had an issue with the employee management did nothing. Never will I go back to that subway by 5 corners. Customers beware

Ok subway is subway cause yuh can add and eat wtever uh want. But one star is only how i was treated differently by brown girl with small height (11am) working there. I ordered day before yesterday and ask her for veggie sub and she did not take my order properly and when i confronted her she rolled her eyes on me and said i can’t do that. I was getting late and accepted it. I did not wanted to ruin her job by complaining. But today i felt really bad . She greeted, smile and ask my frn about health who is white but when it was my turn she was completely off. I felt discriminated. Better teach her customer service.

I was really excited to try the rice bowl, so I got the steak and avocado. The guy at the counter was amazing, though after I left, I realized he didn't give me my avocado! (I got the steak and avocado) I turned around and went back to get my avocado. I thought it was an actual avocado, but it was just a little scoop of the guacamole! So I went home to eat it, and after mixing it all together, when I bit into it, the rice was WAY undercooked!!!! This was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING, because it was inedible!!!! For the price we're paying for 1 of these bowls, PLEASE FULLY COOK THE RICE!!! Needless to say, I had added my own avocado, and had to pick out things 1 by 1, to be able to eat it. What an absolute waste of money!!!!

Absolute WORST service I have gotten from subway. Jagmeet, the manager was beyond unprofessional. They made 2 other people’s orders while I was sitting there waiting for mine. Letting them know how long I have been waiting. Her and Jasmeen (the other employee) then proceeded to yell at me and tell me I can wait. I kindly asked for a refund of my food and that I’d go elsewhere. This place was FILTHY when I walked in, and the service was terrible. definitely look at going to another subway if I were anybody else!

I went to this location today at 8 :20PM. Ask to order four foot-long subs she started making them nobody was behind me. The store was empty except for one person sitting, I was just about to pay Then I thought I should get one more in case .she refused to make the fifth one saying there is a limit of 4 I asked her where does it say?in the store she said it’s online I quickly called the other Subway location asked them is there a policy like this? The other location told me No I can order as many I want .I tried finding it online couldn’t find it I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again

This is a very hard or difficult review for me to write. Typically speaking over the last 30 plus years of being a Subway Customer I have had mostly satisfactory service and food and in some cases excellent service and food. This location is not perfect but usually it is okay. However, after my visit on Sept 11th 2023 about 7:30pm that I walked out on, it may be the last time I enter ANY Subway. They have changed the system making it less customer friendly. The new system toes not appear to provide the options or choices it did before hand. This new system will not allow for substitutes and will not cater to people with various food allergies (this factor may even be illegal). The nearest I can figure it is that they now have a 2 tear system of build your own and what sounds like premade sandwiches. If I wanted premade I would just go to 7/11 or some other place like it. Subway has been by its pre-this date been a customer picks and its made to order at the time of the order. Apparently Subway was bought out by another well known Sandwich chain that is more geared to fast food. It is of opinion that these changes are not in the customers best interest but rather that of in the interest of the Company. After some other research I have discovered that the company will gradually phase out some things and its prices are going thru the roof along with the sauces changing. Other places exist within rather a close proximity to any of the Subways that offers me what I wish. Please hear me Subway Head Office , I as the paying customer does not and will not ever welcome these changes and I choose too no longer be a customer while this change goes thru and here after. With some research I have discovered that I am not alone although I am expressing it much kinder. Subway from here on in I dismiss you from your services until further notice to which I doubt this fact will change. Good luck to you!
