I went to this location today at 8 :20PM. Ask to order four foot-long subs she started making them nobody was behind me. The store was empty except for one person sitting, I was just about to pay Then I thought I should get one more in case .she refused to make the fifth one saying there is a limit of 4 I asked her where does it say?in the store she said it’s online I quickly called the other Subway location asked them is there a policy like this? The other location told me No I can order as many I want .I tried finding it online couldn’t find it I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location again

This Subway restaurant truly deserves recognition as one of the best I've had the pleasure of visiting. This is a very hard or difficult review for me to write. Typically speaking over the last 30 plus years of being a Subway Customer I have had mostly satisfactory service and food and in some cases excellent service and food. This location is not perfect but usually it is okay. However, after my visit on Sept 11th 2023 about 7:30pm that I walked out on, it may be the last time I enter ANY Subway. They have changed the system making it less customer friendly. The new system toes not appear to provide the options or choices it did before hand. This new system will not allow for substitutes and will not cater to people with various food allergies (this factor may even be illegal). The nearest I can figure it is that they now have a 2 tear system of build your own and what sounds like premade sandwiches. If I wanted premade I would just go to 7/11 or some other place like it. Subway has been by its pre-this date been a customer picks and its made to order at the time of the order. Apparently Subway was bought out by another well known Sandwich chain that is more geared to fast food. It is of opinion that these changes are not in the customers best interest but rather that of in the interest of the Company. After some other research I have discovered that the company will gradually phase out some things and its prices are going thru the roof along with the sauces changing. Other places exist within rather a close proximity to any of the Subways that offers me what I wish. Please hear me Subway Head Office , I as the paying customer does not and will not ever welcome these changes and I choose too no longer be a customer while this change goes thru and here after. With some research I have discovered that I am not alone although I am expressing it much kinder. Subway from here on in I dismiss you from your services until further notice to which I doubt this fact will change. Good luck to you!

They may have a public washroom, but getting them to hand out the key for it is impossible. I'm assuming it's a matter of them not wanting to clean it at the end of the day. The food is pretty average, if not slightly under par for your standard Subway.

Very good experience with this subway location. Great customer service by Jagjeet and Ravneet prepared my sandwich and its was the best sub I had in a while.

This is my second time visiting this location. The first time there was a female manager on duty who gave awesome customer service so I thought I would return tonight. I have worked at a Subway location in the past myself and currently still work in the customer service industry. I am not sure if the girl who helped me was new or there was a language barrier or what. When it came time to ask for sauces, I said "Ranch". For some reason she mistook this request as "Mayonnaise" and put no less than 4 lines of Mayonnaise on before I caught her and asked if she put mayo instead of Ranch. Now I understand mistakes happen, but she didn't Apologize, scrap it off or offer to remake it. I said "I didn't want mayo, I said ranch". To which she replied "do you want a little Ranch now?" And I said "I guess so". I didn't want to make the people behind me wait or cause a scene so I paid and left. But now I am sitting here with a sandwich with far too much Mayonnaise on it period, that I don't really want to eat on my way home from the gym. So it will go in the trash and I will avoid that location from now on. Saying I am sorry or at least trying to fix something goes along way. The next customer might not be so polite about it.

Awesome staff just had my tooth removed can only eat soup ATM it was late they where out but the guys said can u wait 10 min I said yes sir and they made me soup and mac and cheese... Thank you guys so much

Was turned away 20 minutes before close, sign on, door open.I get wanting to leave, I've worked in restaurants for over a decade. But having to do a couple wipes isn't that big of a deal. The cold table wasn't even wrapped yet.Monday August 22 2022.
