Subway used to be my favourite, and is still fairly good for the price. I noticed that they don't handle you any more when you request some extra toppings. If I need a really delicious sub I hit up Firehouse. It is more expensive though.

Absolutely horrible experience. They refused to change my order to chicken. I do not eat beef due to religious reasons and they still proceeded to send my a bowl containing beef after ensuring that they could change to chicken. They were very rude and I will not be ordering from there again.

Service was bad. Im basically just eating plain bread, messed up my order after i verbally told the sandwich artist. Only 5 cucumbers on my whole footlong (I counted). No apology, or offer to make a new one.

I was having trouble with my online order and called them, someone named PAWAN answered , after trying multiple timeals, apparently she is the mananger with zero Customer Service. All i was told was we are busy rn and cant do anything. Zero courtsey. Howcome A Manger is supposed to be dealing with customer like this. Poor.

My business partner and I came in right in the middle of a lunch rush and ordered two sandwiches platters, Gurpreet made our sandwiches for us and she was very sweet. 10/10 service, quick and friendly with a smile on her face the whole time.
