I was having trouble with my online order and called them, someone named PAWAN answered , after trying multiple timeals, apparently she is the mananger with zero Customer Service. All i was told was we are busy rn and cant do anything. Zero courtsey. Howcome A Manger is supposed to be dealing with customer like this. Poor.

I always dine in this, and Gurpret always gives me excellent service. She is always polite and greets me with a smile.
A few days ago, I visited this Subway location and, unfortunately, had a very disappointing experience. The staff member who served me was extremely rude and seemed visibly unhappy, almost as if she was being forced to work there. This attitude made the experience uncomfortable from the start.
To make matters worse, the bread in my sub was so hard it was difficult to eat. It either felt like it was old or had been overheated to the point of being almost inedible. I have been to other Subway locations where the staff is friendly and welcoming, but this visit stood out in a negative way. It’s disappointing to see such a contrast in quality and service. I hope this location takes note and improves their customer service and food quality.
