The worst subway in Abbotsford. I ordered a basic ham sandwich, toasted with mayo, cheese and pickles. I got a non-toasted dry foot long without sauce or pickles. Consistently, the orders are made incorrectly. Head over to Subway on Immel, they’re way better!

Today, I visited this Subway in the evening. There were two girls working there, and both of them were very nice. Twinkle attended to us, and her way of talking to us was truly fantastic. Despite the rush, she handled all the customers with a pleasant smile. The other girl also managed the customers very politely. My sandwich looked great! I always recommend this Subway to everyone because of its welcoming environment

My sub has absolutely no meat on it. Just lettuce and cheese. This is gross.

The worst subway to go to. The manager does not care about the customers. I came in to replace my order because my original order had stale bread, and on top of that I ordered 2 bottled pops and it wasn’t disclosed that this location didn’t have bottled ones prior to ordering. When I called in they argued with me for half an hour until they finally agreed to get the manager to call me back. I waited three days for a call back and never received it. I then called them on the third day and they continued to decline my call until I finally got through. I then explained the situation to another team member and they told me to come in person. I then went to the store and was refused a replacement order or a refund or anything else. I then had to argue with the workers for another half hour while a huge line built up behind me. I then asked for a manager and after much questioning and arguing, was FINALLY given her number. I called the Manager, Baljit and she kept declining my phone call because she was “busy.” She finally picked up my phone and was very annoyed right off the bat. The first thing she said to me was “I am busy, can I call you back?”

I explained that I don’t have time to wait because I don’t live close by and needed to get my order quickly. She then said “ok, they can give you the sandwiches or whatever you want.” After all of that, I went into the store to get my sandwiches and another worker proceeded to ask me what exactly was wrong with my order. At this point, I had already explained the situation four times to other members. He was very snarky and rudely slammed ingredients onto my sandwich and kept asking me “are you sure this was your order?”

Absolutely ridiculous customer service. Stay away from this location!!!! Not worth the headache and arguing for a sandwich.

App is misleading, bread is always steal. I tried to order soup with my meal , but the app does allow you this needs some work. When you sick and can’t go pick it up you should be able to get it delivered. As the app did have soup I called to order 2 soups which by the way today they didn’t have them when I wanted, they said, and they couldn’t deliver it as you have to order it on the app, but the app doesn’t have soups. So when you’re sick and need soup with your order, how do you order it then and when you’re sick, you can’t go pick it up so you try to get it delivered and you get denied. This is the Worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

Seeing the reviews, I will avoid this place. There used to be no issues at fast food today they are. In service industry advice change or risk losing your customers, free advise.

Not enough staff, second time here in the past year and always busy but never enough staff, they look tired, and the environment could be better. It’s a manager issue obviously. Hopefully something can change.

Horrendous customer service. My partner and I came in to order sandwiches for dinner on April 26 around 7PM and the female worker was incredibly rude and disrespectful. She rolled her eyes and laughed every time we spoke. She asked my partner if they “had any more demands” at one point and was visibly annoyed when she realized I was also ordering a sandwich so she had to make two. I’m sorry but asking someone who was politely ordering if they had “any more demands” at a place that is literally meant for custom making orders is absolutely insane and incredibly disrespectful. Gross.

I was treated unfairly during my visit. Because I am from another country, they criticized my pronunciation, intentionally delayed their work, and showed clear disrespect. I felt very unwelcome and disappointed.

I am very disappointed with this location… my girlfriend and I have been going to this subway for over a year now, service (till now) has been great. Friendly greetings and great service. However, one female worker who I had never seen before had shown me and specifically my gf the most disrespectful service I’ve ever seen.

My girlfriend is Celiac. For those who aren’t familiar with it, basically it means she cannot have gluten. Subway has a great gluten free option for their subs and usually the bread tastes great. Once we ordered and my gf had asked for gluten free bread, and specified the allergy, the woman brushed it off completely. Probably not knowing what celiac means. After she had started dressing my gfs sandwich, she immediately starts doing my sandwich (not gluten free). After touching mine and cross contaminating her gloves, she goes to finish my gfs sandwich with the same gloves. I tried to be as respectful as possible and kindly ask if she could change her gloves so that there was no cross contaminating. This woman says no I didn’t touch her sandwich. Then I had to explain in a more serious tone, that again it is an allergy. She then proceeds to roll her eyes and rush through our orders.

After this small interaction, she had been cold to us, rushed our orders, and skimped on EVERYTHING on our subs. 4 slices of cucumber on a 12” sandwich is laughable…

Overall very disappointed and hurt by the disrespect towards my girlfriend’s allergy and the disrespect towards me after I had just tried to explain why she needed to simply change her gloves.

Will not be returning to this location.
