This place is usually good however this evening at 6:45pm, the lady working was extremely rude and only put 3 tiny pieces of cucumber on the sandwich and was mumbling extremely rude things under her breath. Our sandwich’s are not toasted like they should be, they are soggy and cold. Very disappointed with her service.

I frequent this Subway often and rarely have issues. Sometimes the veggies look a little sad but it’s usually good. The staff are also good, and again once in a while there is a server who clearly looks like they don’t want to be there and slaps the veggies on with zero care but that is a rare occurrence. It’s a subway, you know what to expect and this is a good subway to go and get your food. Would recommend.

I ordered two 6' and a footlong. I asked for Italian bread for one of the 6's, the guy grabs a 6' white bread. I say thats white bread is it not? He says its "white Italian" then proceeds to give the customer behind me proper Italian bread. It was like he did not want to break up a 12' piece of bread. But then proceeded to for the customer behind me. And lied to my face. Imagine getting away with this at your job? When I asked the staff to make the subs as they are advertised on the board it was like they had never made them before and all 3 subs came out flat and squished and really unappealing. Needless to say there is some subway's that produce good sandwiches with adequate toppings and then there is some that are clearly ran by people who dont want to be there.

My review is specific to the Subway outlet on McMillan Rd (Abbotsford). We order very regularly from Subway - vegetarian rice bowl being our preferred choice. We live close to Sumas mountain and the outlet at Whatcom Road is really good. But today as we were traveling from Abbotsford city, we picked it up on the way from the outlet at McMillan Road. Reached home, opened the rice bowl and were in for a rude shock - the quantity was almost half of what we usually get, with meagre quantities of veggies, no sauces, and you name it. This was after an initial shocker with the staff at the outlet which was very unusual - she wasn’t friendly nor welcoming. If there was an option to give a negative 5 rating on Google reviews, I would have reserved it for this outlet. No more orders for this Subway outlet, ever. And expectedly, I would NOT recommend this outlet to any of my contacts ever.
Went for a 12’ specifically asked for cheddar and got given mozzarella, which was not spread evenly nor was the jalapeño I asked for(both sides very uneven with ingredients)The guy who made the order obviously didn’t care whatsoever, he wasn’t even present.

Went to get a meal and noticed a previous customer complaining of being served frozen soup, the employee dumped the already-served soup back into the bulk of soup.This is against food-safe standards.The bread I was served with my sandwich was old, chewy, and stale.Total order time for one sandwich: 6 minutes.Workers were friendly enough, but the lack of food-safety understanding is alarming.

I've online ordered a few times here through the app. Each time there was hardly any veggies on the sandwiches. This time I tried ordering "more" of certain veggies and still only had like three pieces of lettuce, and a sprinkling of everything else. My guess is the owner is trying to save on veggies. The bread was also very hard and stale. It's too bad because the location is so convenient but I'm probably not going to go back.
